RHOBH star is protective of Erika Jayne

Lisa Rinna has continued to support The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. As TV Shows Ace previously reported, the beauty connoisseur claims she’s “on the right side of history” in regards to Erika Jayne and her legal case. The Pretty Mess star is accused of embezzling money to fund her business and lifestyle. Erika Jayne’s estranged husband, Thomas Girardi, allegedly stole money from his previous clients to support their lavish lifestyle.

Erika claims innocence during this time. Rinna believes her. Late last month, she took to her Instagram Story to share her support. The reality star reposted a fan’s Instagram Story that read, “Erika is dragging Erika except Rinna. Rinna seems to be on the right side even though y’all think she’s wrong.”

Rinna shared the post, including the caption, “I’m always on the right side of history.” She since deleted it from her Instagram Story. RHOBH fans think she’s on the wrong side of history. They also think her views don’t match her behavior since she erupted at Garcelle Beauvais during the Season 11 reunion.

Still, Rinna hasn’t addressed the backlash. She only claimed that she’s “laughing all the way to the bank.” An insider told Page Six that Rinna is the only cast member that has her support. However, it could get her into legal trouble.

Lisa Rinna could get involved in the legal case

According to a new report, Lisa Rinna may be deposed in the Erika Jayne and Thomas Girardi legal case. Attorney Ronald Richards made an appearance on Adam Newell’s YouTube show, Up and Adam. During the interview, he claimed that he plans to depose the Bravo star for her “extreme” defense of Erika. He previously claimed that the two share the same talent manager.

“If you combine [the business manager] with the fact that Lisa Rinna’s been defending her, and she’s been vouching for her saying she wasn’t involved, so if you’re gonna make a statement of fact, you better have a basis of knowledge,” Richard said. “And so if Lisa Rinna is defending her, then we’re going to get testimony from her to see why she does have personal knowledge that Erika Girardi has no liability here.”

He believes that Rinna’s decision to refer Erika to her business manager was “unusual.” He also finds it interesting that the RHOBH cast suggests that Erika is “innocent until proven guilty.” According to Ronald, it’s about whether Erika “knew” about Tom’s alleged business dealings. She will have to return the money, no matter what happens.
