Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Shannon‘s Daughter Ella Gets Cut For The First Time

Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird took her daughter Ella to get her very first cut. The proud mother-of-two admitted she was feeling a little emotional as this was the very first time Ella got her hair cut. Lauryn was generous enough to share a few photos on Instagram of her daughter while she was getting her hair cut. She also shared a photo of the finished product after Ella’s first haircut was over. Moreover, she gushed about how proud she was of the little girl in the caption of the photo.

Little Ella Efird recently became a big sister

As fans of the WeTV family know, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon and Joshua Efird welcomed a beautiful baby boy into the world back in June. Lauryn hasn’t been super active on Instagram since giving birth to Bentley Jameson. But, she has shared a handful of pictures of the beautiful baby boy. This included a picture of little Ella embracing her brother and being the best big sister ever.

Seven weeks ago, Lauryn shared a photo of Ella kissing her little brother on top of his head. Instagram gushed over how beautiful the photo was. And, they LOVED seeing how great Ella was with her little brother.

Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird gets emotional over her first cut

Despite being nearly four years old, Ella has never had her hair cut. So, this was a very big milestone for both Ella and mama Pumpkin!

Pumpkin explained on her Instagram post: “I finally took her for her first haircut. She was so excited to get her hair done with mommy.”

Emotional by this milestone, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon also admits she’s very proud of her daughter. Proud of watching how she’s changed and the person she’s become. Like most parents, however, she wishes time would slow down and her daughter would stop growing so fast.

In the final photo attached to Lauryn’s Instagram update, fans see Ella with a HUGE smile on her face. Noticeably, she also has a small cut on her forehead. Photos, however, reveal the cut was on her forehead was there before she went in for the haircut. So, no need to worry the barber got her with the scissors!
