My 600-Lb. Life Season 10 officially has a release date. And, it is coming A LOT sooner than fans of the series expected. In fact, according to a recent press release, the fall line-up for the network has been confirmed. There are TONS of fan favorites coming back during the month of November! My 600-Lb. Life operates a little differently compared to some of the other shows on the TLC network. There isn’t a consistent plotline that is followed for the whole season. Instead, each episode of the season tells the story of a different cast member. Unfortunately, COVID-19 did present a lot of problems with the filming and production of My 600-Lb. Life Season 9.
Fans were pretty disappointed by the last season because there weren’t too many happy/success stories. What fans really want is to see people meet Dr. Now’s weight goals and actually get the surgery. Unfortunately, the season was filled with a lot of disappointment.

Thanks to The Futon Critic, we know a TLC press release confirmed the release date for Season 10 of My 600-Lb. Life. Fans can expect the new season to premiere on Wednesday, November 10 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Due to the nature of the show differing from other shows on the network, there isn’t a traditional synopsis. But, fans can expect Season 10 to follow the lives of various individuals struggling with morbid obesity as Dr. Now does his part to help them gain control of their lives.
In chatter on fan groups, most fans admit they are surprised to see the series returning so soon as they didn’t expect it to premiere until December or January.
