The Real Housewives of Dallas star Cary Deuber is coming out with claims about Erika Jayne. She claims that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is “not very nice” and “shady.” Erika lives up to her ice-cold persona, even off the show. She’s been hit with accusations in the past about being rude to fellow reality stars and assistants.

Cary says she wasn’t impressed with the Pretty Mess star when she met her. The two met a few years ago. The RHOD alum made an appearance on a podcast earlier this week, where she discussed the drama surrounding Erika.

Cary Deuber calls Erika Jane a “shady person”

The Bravo star recalled the time when she met Erika Jayne. The two happened to be hanging out with LeeAnne Locken. Carly feels justification for the ongoing embezzlement case. She had a feeling that Erika was “a shady person,” as she felt when she first met her.

“I met her once in New York, [LeeAnne Locken] was hanging out with her and we were like at one of those Us Weekly parties,” she explained on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast on Monday, August 30. “I said, ‘Hi,’ and kind of sat with her, but she was not very nice. She was not very kind.”

Carly claims that Erika degraded her. She didn’t understand why considering they’re all in the Real Housewives franchise. Cary fired at Erika and said that she shouldn’t “be a shady person” and have a “shady personal life” and “go on a reality TV Show.” She feels that Erika deserves what’s coming to her.

As fans know, Erika and Thomas Girardi are part of an ongoing embezzlement case. They’re accused of stealing money meant for various victims and using the funds to lavish their lifestyle. Erika has opened up about the case on Season 11 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She claims that she was not aware of her ex-husband’s business dealings.

The truth about the RHOBH star’s glam life

Erika Jayne previously claimed that it costs $40,000 per month to be her. She has allegedly kept her glam squad. However, her glam lifestyle may cost more than she previously said. She’s currently facing a $25 million lawsuit amid the bankruptcy proceedings against her ex-husband, Thomas Girardi, and his law firm.

“Her squad is all genuine friends with her, they are not fair-weather friends that left when things got hard. They truly are her confidants whether or not they are on her payroll,” a source explained to The Sun on August 30. “They continued working with her during all the drama this season of Housewives but not as often. And they’ve done her up off-camera since then too. They are sticking by her side. But they don’t do as much as they used to with her now but they do what they can.”

Erika even “paid” her team for their work. They will be helping her get ready for the RHOBH Season 11 reunion, which is filming this week. She has been sued for $25 million in transfers she received from Thomas’ law firm. He’s paid most of her expenses for the past 12 years.
