How Lisa Rinna Got Dragged Into Erika Jayne’s Embezzlement Case

Lisa Rinna is known for “owning it.” This season on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she’s keeping her mouth shut. She doesn’t want to question Erika Jayne or her embezzlement case. That hasn’t stopped Garcelle Beauvais or Sutton Stracke. Even newbie Crystal Minkoff finds it questionable.

Rinna claims to have learned from her past. She doesn’t want to go back there again. During her interview on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, she said she’s grown just a year after she questioned Denise Richards for her alleged affair with Brandi Glanville. Rinna did a lot of reflecting during the pandemic and just want to support her friend.

However, her unwavering support of the singer could cause her some legal issues. Rinna might also find herself at risk with her own beauty brand.

RHOBH cast question Erika Jayne

Erika Jayne denied the claims that she invested $5 million into Lisa Rinna’s beauty business. Ronald Richards, the attorney that’s investigating Erika’s legal case wants to question Lisa Rinna. This comes after her sudden support for her RHOBH co-star. Fans don’t understand why the two are still so close amid Erika’s embezzlement case. They would’ve assumed that Rinna of all people would’ve questioned her friend about Thomas Girardi’s business dealings.

Ronald Richards wants to depose Erika’s co-star. On a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Rinna defended Erika while the other ladies asked her questions during the Kyle Richards’ Christmas dinner. Sutton Stracke admitted that she read the damning piece in The Los Angeles Times three times. She revealed that she wants to separate herself from Erika amid the case. Sutton feels that hanging out with the co-star could ruin her reputation.

Sutton asked Erika questions about the case. Meanwhile, Garcelle shared her blunt thoughts on the alleged crimes. She shared a time when her sister went through a similar situation when she received a faulty transplant. Garcelle said if any of these allegations towards Tom are true, she added, “well, then f*** Tom.” Erika nodded but didn’t express her anger with him. She also failed to show remorse for the victims.

Lawyer plans to question Lisa Rinna

In a new interview, Ronald Richards says he plans to depose Lisa Rinna. He noticed the comments she made about the co-star. Rinna has made it clear that she thinks Erika is innocent. Ronald Richards also thinks that Rinna has had business dealings with Erika.

“If you combine [the business manager] with the fact that Lisa Rinna’s been defending her, and she’s been vouching for her saying that she wasn’t involved,” Ronald Richards said on the YouTube channel Up and Adam! “So if you’re gonna make a statement of fact, you better have a basis of knowledge.”

He plans to get the Days of Our Lives star’s testimony to see how she has “personal knowledge that Erika Girardi has no liability.” He feels that Rinna has gone to the “extremes” in her support for Erika. He’s unsure whether Rinna is just playing it up for the cameras, lying, or somehow has facts to back up her claims. If her lawyers send a letter claiming she knows nothing about the embezzlement case, then she won’t be questioned.
