‘Bold And The Beautiful’ Spoilers: Eric Forrester’s Sinister Scheme To Keep Quinn?

 The Beautiful And The Beautiful spoilers revealed surprising news about Eric Forrester (John McCook) this week. The Forrester patriarch revealed he has erectile dysfunction to his wife Quinn Fuller Forrester (Rena Sofer). Now, the timing of that surprising news may seem a little strange. The couple just got back together at Eric’s request. B&B fans will recall Eric gave Quinn the boot when he learned of her affair.

To make matters worse it was with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Carter was a trusted family friend, Forrester Creation COO, lawyer, and wedding officiant. Carter was able to keep his status with conditions. However, Quinn lost everything. Eric even demanded that Carter destroy Quinn’s infamous portrait. It seemed as though the split was permanent. Then Eric had a complete about-face.

Eric Forrester tore up the divorce papers in front of Quinn. Then he declared his love and his desire for a life together. The cherry on top was having Carter put her portrait back in its place. This came as a shock to Quinn, Carter, and viewers of the CBS soap.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Is  Eric Faking His Change Of Heart?

Eric seems like a stand-up kind of guy (except for all of his own infidelities in his past). However in soapland even good guys have their limits. It is entirely feasible he has been pushed over the edge by Quinn’s cheating. He faked sleep to avoid going to bed with her on their first night of reconciliation. The next day he confessed his “condition”. As this has been an ongoing issue, why did he wait so long to tell her? It is possible she would not have turned to Carter if he had been truthful. Also, they do make pills to help with that kind of thing something just seems off. Could Eric be testing his wife and Carter? This latest confession could also be a way to make Quinn and Carter suffer for both of their betrayals to him. It could be some kind of punishment for his wayward wife tearing her heart out missing Carter Walton.

 

Eric’s Grand Scheme More Diabolical Than It Seems

B&B spoilers for the week of August 23 to August 27 reveal Eric tells the two of them that they have “proven their loyalty and commitment”. Does he suspect they had continued their trysts? Eric made it a condition that Carter stays away from Quinn to keep his job. Bold And The Beautiful viewers know they could not stay away from each other. They even exchanged ” I love you’s” Then Eric declared that Quinn should come back to him. It seems a little selfish not to tell Quinn about his ed before she moved back in. He may be testing her and Carter. Maybe Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) return inspired Eric Forrester to plot against his wife and Carter. He might have learned a thing or two from his twisted ex-wife. What will happen if Quinn Fuller Forrester and Carter fail Eric’s test on B&B?

Will “Quarter” Resist Temptation on The Bold And The Beautiful?

It will not be easy for Carter and Quinn to forget each other. What started as something purely physical had deepened into love. B&B spoilers state that Carter is willing to give up Quinn as long as she is happy. However, Quinn probably will not be happy walking into the same situation as before. The question is whether or not Eric is telling the truth. If he is then he can get medical help. However, he could have done that months ago. If this is a plan to keep Quinn away from a man she loves it won’t work for long. Maybe he is testing the two of them which does not sound like Eric at all. Only time will tell on the CBS soap.
