Did Jana Duggar & Stephen Wissmann’s Relationship Begin Years Ago?
Counting On fans and critics have been obsessing over Jana Duggar’s rumored relationship. The eldest Duggar daughter has been spotted with Stephen Wissmann a handful of times, and it looks like they’re much closer than friends. As we reported, a wedding registry with their names on it was leaked, revealing their wedding date.
At this point, the Duggar family has yet to confirm the courtship, engagement, and wedding. Jessa Seewald recently denied her sister’s rumored engagement. So, we can’t say for sure whether the pair is actually tying the knot this fall. There’s enough evidence convincing the family’s followers that these rumors could be true.
While the rumors are just rumors, for now, there’s further evidence that this alleged romance between Jana and Stephen is legitimate. As it turns out, their relationship could have started a long time ago with the help of their families.
Could Jana Duggar & Stephen Wissmann’s relationship be arranged?
As we reported before, the Wissmanns and Duggars go way back. It looks like they’ve known each other for nearly a decade since the Wissmanns shared a photo featuring the Duggar family on their Instagram page. In the photo, women from both families are standing side by side. So, Stephen wasn’t included in this specific picture, but he still could have been there.
Or this could have been an opportunity for the two families to chat about future relationships, including one between Jana and Stephen.
Fans may know that there’s another potential courtship featuring members of the two families. Jeremiah Duggar may be courting Hannah Wissmann. In fact, it looks like they could already be engaged. So, that relationship could have been set up at the same time.
We don’t know for sure whether Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar arrange their kids’ marriages, but some fans and critics believe it’s a possiblity.
It’s worth noting that Jana has been in many rumored relationships over the years. She was rumored to be courting Lawson Bates of Bringing Up Bates among many other guys. This time around, the rumors seem to be more substantiated, though the family still hasn’t confirmed anything.
