As we previously reported, Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball revealed that it wasn’t Lindsie but Kyle and his ex-wife that actually reported Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley for tax fraud. The reality TV father is finally speaking out on the headlines that have been floating around this month. He’s debunking them. And, he’s spilling the truth.

Todd Chrisley had a lot of tea to spill about some of the recent headlines regarding his tax fraud charges. As we previously reported, news broke that Kyle Chrisley and his ex-wife were involved in reporting Todd and Julie for tax fraud. These reports also cleared Lindsie’s name as having nothing to do with it.

Todd and his family are currently on vacation. But, he admits he isn’t willing to sit back and listen to lies being spread about how things really went down. He, however, made it a point to clarify this would be the one and only time he addressed this drama on his podcast. According to Todd Chrisley, he has proof in the form of emails and phone records that confirm Kyle, his ex-wife, Lindsie, and Todd’s former CEO all spoke to the Georgia Department of Revenue. They spoke to them with the hopes of bringing charges against him and Julie.

He has made amends with his son

Todd Chrisley adds that Kyle is has owned up to what he did to his father. He’s admitted it and he’s apologized for it. He can’t change the past, but he can move forward. Moreover, Todd suggests Kyle was largely a pawn being used by Lindsie and his ex-wife.
