‘Panicked’ Tori & Zach Roloff Spill Scary Preschool Issue With Jackson
Tori and Zach Roloff admit there were some pretty scary moments involving Jackson going to preschool. Now, any parent would agree sending their child off to school for the first time can be terrifying. But, Tori and Zach Roloff had added concerns regarding Jackson’s size. In an exclusive clip of LPBW shared with US Weekly, the panicked parents discussed one big issue they had with preschool.
Jackson Roloff had a scary preschool issue that panicked his parents
Because of his small size, Jackon Roloff’s parents had to consider a lot of extra things involving school. They, however, made the mistake of overlooking something that created a pretty scary situation. Turns out, Jackson ran into an issue when he tried to use the bathroom at school. His height made it impossible for him to use the bathroom. He wasn’t tall enough to get onto the toilet so he could go to the bathroom.
Unsurprisingly, this caused Tori and Zach Roloff to panic. It wasn’t really safe for Jackson to go to school if he couldn’t use the bathroom. Likewise, it wasn’t exactly safe for someone to put him high up on the toilet as he could fall.
Tori explained: “He couldn’t reach the toilet.”
One of the things that we didn’t address before we got there was if he was able to use the restroom on his own or not. I think we all kind of panicked in the bathroom like, ‘Oh, my gosh, their stools are too tall and not safe for him to stand.'”
What could the parents do to resolve this situation? Fortunately, Zach was in Jackson’s shoes once and so was Matt Roloff. So, they were not up the creek without a paddle. In fact, Zach reassured his wife Tori that grandpa Matt could fix the problem.
Zach said: “My dad’s already made two stools for us at home. Whatever stool Jackson needs, I’m sure my dad can build it.”
Turns out, Matt Roloff had already resolved a similar toileting issue in their house.
Matt Roloff saves the day and fixes the issue
Jackson Roloff rang his grandfather, Matt, and asked if he could get a “big stool.” Unsurprisingly, there was no way Matt could say no to the sweet little voice of his grandson.
Oh, my goodness gracious, you need a little DHS stool? Well, we can get you set up with one of those stools, you know that. Just come get it. Jackson, I’m very, very proud of you going to school.”
Despite it being a very stressful situation for Tori and Zach Roloff, Jackson was all smiles as he told his parents about the great time he had on his first day.
“It’s fine. I’m fine.” The emotional mother penned when she documented his first day on Instagram. She proceeded to add that her heart was “bursting with pride” for her growing boy.
Can you imagine how hard it must be for Tori and Zach Roloff to consider the size of their son when he does new things such as go to school?
