Claire Spivey Was In On This HUGE Duggar Family Secret
Much of what goes on in the Duggar family is top secret. Thanks to their non-disclosure agreements with TLC, the family can’t always share information before new episodes of Counting On air. Plus, plenty of things happen behind the scenes that never go public. Though Claire Spivey only recently joined the Duggar family, she’s already in on some of the family’s secrets.
On social media, Claire shared a new photo of herself with her sisters-in-law. She sweetly writes, “I love each one of my new sisters!” The photo was taken at Claire and Justin’s wedding. It features Kendra, Anna, Jordyn, Jana, Johannah, Jessa, Claire, Jennifer, Joy-Anna, Josie, Jinger, Jill, Katey, Abbie, and Lauren. Notably, Katey is in the photo, even though it was taken two months before Jedidiah and Katey tied the knot. At that point, Jed and Katey weren’t even engaged. So, it looks like Claire was aware of both the courtship and the couple’s plans to get married.
Though Claire was essentially a part of the family at that point, the family was still being pretty cautious about the information they shared about Jed and Katey. Until the couple tied the knot on April 3, no details were revealed about them being together. There were plenty of rumors shared, but the family didn’t come out to confirm or deny any of them. About this, the Duggar family says, “Jed and Katey have enjoyed a quiet, low-key relationship that has allowed them to prepare for a beautiful life together.”
More Duggar secrets?
It’s possible that even more is going on behind the scenes. Several of the Duggar kids are rumored to be in courtships, but they haven’t been announced yet. It looks like Jana Duggar’s rumored boyfriend was at Jed and Katey’s wedding. When Justin and Claire tied the knot, Jessa was pregnant but hadn’t announced it publicly yet. There are also rumors that Anna Duggar is expecting her 7th child. Notably, her stomach is hidden in a photo from Claire and Justin’s wedding, so the whole group might have planned accordingly so her potential bump wouldn’t be visible.
There are several announcements that could come from the Duggar family very soon. In the meantime, fans will continue to speculate.
