What is Counting On: A New Life about?
The new episode features the Duggar family’s Easter celebration as well as the arrival of Joe and Kendra Duggar’s third child, Brooklyn Praise.
As TV Shows Ace reported, the Duggar family gathers for a conversation about their faith and Easter. Jessa and Ben Seewald talk about their personal battles with sin and how they’ve gotten to where they are today. It’s likely that the rest of the family will chime in with their own faith stories.
We also shared about the birth of Brooklyn, which is a part of the upcoming episode as well. In the clip shared by the network, Kendra and Joe gush over their baby girl as they spend quality time with her in the hospital after her birth.

Is the show coming back for another season?
At this point, it’s unclear if the Duggars will be returning to TLC full-time. For now, it looks like this is simply a special standalone episode. It’s possible that the show has been canceled and will only return to TLC for specials for weddings, births, and other big events. Of course, the show might be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic as well. An official announcement about the renewal or cancellation has yet to come from TLC.
