‘Yellowstone’ Star, Kelly Reilly, Is Heading To The Sundance Film Festival
We last saw Kelly Reilly as Beth Dutton in the Season 3 finale of Yellowstone. Beth’s assistant brought in a mysterious package that is delivered to her office. Beth yells for her assistance not to open the unknown package. The next thing we see is a massive explosion blowing the windows out of the building. The assistant is most certainly dead and quite possibly so is Beth. She is one of many Dutton family members to be attacked in the season finale. Fans are living with a cliffhanger until Season 4 premieres later this year.
Though it is yet to be seen what will come of Beth Dutton, Kelly Reilly has been quite busy. TV Shows Ace has recently learned of an 1800s horror film starring the same beautiful Kelly Reilly.
Eight for Silver
Set in the late 1800s, Eight for Silver is a 2021 horror film written and directed by Sean Ellis. The film entails a man investigating a series of animal attacks in a small remote village. Things go awry as a “sinister force” leaves the townspeople trembling in fear. The film puts a new spin on the classic werewolf story that is sure to be exciting.
Reilly will be encapsulating the role of Isabelle Laurent. She is starring alongside Boyd Holbrook as John McBride. Holbrook plays Mike Ferro on the popular television series The Fugitive. It has not yet been revealed what roles these characters are taking in the film.
Eight for Silver will premiere at the 2021 Sundance Film Festival. Beginning January 28th, the festival will span seven days featuring premieres, events, artist talks, as well as cutting-edge XR exhibitions. Sundance is giving out a variety of awards including the Festival Favorite Award, the NEXT Innovator Award, as well as the Alfred P. Sloan Feature Film Prize.
Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 2021 Sundance Film Festival will be held virtually. However, there will be a few limited in-person events.
Kelly Reilly Stuns Fans
Kelly Reilly is certainly a talented woman. Prior to her role as Beth Dutton, Reilly appeared in the blockbuster films Flight as well as Sherlock Holmes. She also plays Dr. Catherine Black in the television series Black Box as well as Jordan Semyon in the series True Detective. Eight for Silver is yet one more spectacular addition to a long and successful career.
Reilly recently expressed her excitement on Instagram saying,
“@eightforsilver@seanellisphoto@sundanceorg Excited to be back at Sundance film festival this year. Albeit a virtual one. Made this little film in France with the amazing @seanellisphoto@boydholbrook@petriealistair”
Fans of Reilly are eager to see the premiere of Eight for Silver. Be sure to tune in to the 2021 Sundance Film Festival and check back with TV Shows Ace for more news and updates.
