What Did The Boston Celtics Give Khloe Kardashian & Daughter True?
Khloe Kardashian and daughter True received a thoughtful gift from the Boston Celtics. This comes after Tristan Thompson signed on with the team. The Boston Celtics want the reality star and her two-year-old daughter to feel like they’re part of the team. Tristan signed a deal with the Celtics after nine seasons with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
This comes amid reports that Khloe is having a “difficult” time with her boyfriend’s move to Boston. Sadly, she had to stay behind in California with their daughter. She’s trying to figure out how to keep their family together, an insider told ET Online.
KUWTK star receives a sweet gift from Boston Celtics
On Thursday, December 10, Khloe Kardashian and True Thompson received a gift basket from the NBA team. She took to social media to write: “Thank you so much @celtics!! So sweet of you to include True and I!!! Go green.” The photo showed two black beanies that featured the Celtics logo along with a teddy bear holding a tiny basketball. The basket also contained a coffee mug and other merchandise.
The note read: “Khloe & True! Welcome to the team! We wanted to make sure we got you both a starter pack of gear before the season starts. Stay healthy and go green!”
However, Khloe hasn’t publicly commented on Tristan’s new venture as well as their relationship status. Her sister, Kim Kardashian, and Rob Kardashian congratulated the 29-year-old athlete when the news was reported in November. Tristan signed a two-year deal with the Celtics that’s estimated to be worth $19 million.
Khloe Kardashian struggling with Tristan’s move, source says
Meanwhile, an insider told ET Online that Khloe Kardashian is having a hard time with Tristan’s move to Boston. Although she showed support on social media, she’s not over it. She misses him and wishes they could be a family.
“Tristan in Boston is a difficult pill to swallow for Khloe especially since she and Tristan have been doing so much better as a couple and as a family lately,” the source told the outlet. “Khloe is especially going through it, but is doing her best to keep her head up and stay positive.”
Khloe and Tristan reconciled their relationship earlier this year. They split in early 2019 after Tristan was involved in multiple cheating scandals. But his most notorious one was with Kylie Jenner’s ex-bff Jordyn Woods.
“She’s not excited for the move for her family’s sake, but she is for Tristan and his career,” the source continued. “At this point, they’re planning to split their time between L.A. and Boston, but it’s still up in the air and there’s no definite answer since they are still working on rebuilding their relationship and trust.”
Despite the move, Tristan still wants to focus on their family. He wants to make them “stronger than ever.” While Khloe won’t be moving to Boston with Tristan, she’ll still attend some of his games after the coronavirus pandemic. Tristan is buying a place that’s big enough for the entire family.
