‘RHOBH’ Season 11 Production Halted Due To COVID-19 Concerns
RHOBH Season 11 is currently shut down. Production is on hold due to COVID-19 concerns. A crew member has tested positive for the mysterious virus, according to a new report. Both the cast and crew are following the safety protocols.
Production will resume after the holiday. The Bravo series follows a list of television shows and films that had to suspend filming after resuming production following the coronavirus outbreak and nationwide lockdown. Of course, it’s not the only reality series that had a COVID-19 scare.
What happened?
On Thursday, November 25, Entertainment Tonight reported that RHOBH production shut down over COVID-19 concerns. The cast is safe, but a crew member tested positive for the coronavirus. Production will resume after the holiday.
It’s unclear whether production mean the Thanksgiving holiday or the upcoming Christmas holiday season. More details should emerge in coming days.
RHONY had to shut down as well
This news comes after several people on set of The Real Housewives of New York tested positive for the virus. The women are currently filming Season 13 amid the pandemic. While the Housewives have remained COVID-19 free, Page Six previously reported that multiple crew members had tested positive for the virus.
Fans noticed the women walking around the Hamptons and want to know how they’ve remained healthy. The outlet reported that Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, Leah McSweeney, and Eboni K. Williams are healthy even though one crew member tested positive two weeks ago. Since then, production scaled back on filming instead of shutting down. The women are required to be tested before shooting each scene.
Who’s returning to RHOBH?
There has been a bit of a shakeup with the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Shortly after Season 10 wrapped up, Denise Richards confirmed her exit from the show. Then, Teddi Mellencamp revealed that Bravo didn’t renew her contract. The cast of Season 11 of RHOBH includes Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna, Kyle Richards, Garcelle Beauvais, and Sutton Stracke.
In addition, it will include newcomers Kathy Hilton and the newly announced Crystal Kung Minkoff. Last week, the ladies were spotted filming together at the Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica. The only cast member who was missing was Kyle Richards.
Rinna appeared to be having a good time. She wore a shiny patent leather pantsuit, and she had her arm around Sutton. Meanwhile, Erika wore a khaki dress with gold metallic boots. Dorit wore head-to-toe Louis Vuitton since she’s the face of the brand.

Garcelle kept it simple in a brown leather blazer with a pleated skirt and gold heels. Crystal opted for an all-white ensemble, while Kathy wore an all-black ensemble.
All of the women were maskless. It’ll be interesting to see how this show looks in the pandemic. What are your thoughts on production shutting down? Are you excited to for Season 11? Sound off below.
