Kaitlyn Bristowe Shows Off ‘DWTS’ Injuries
Dancing isn’t supposed to be a violent sport, but you can still receive a lot of injuries. Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe knows that better than anyone. As she prepares for the semifinals tonight, she posted an Instagram video of all the cuts, scrapes, and bruises she currently has.
The video is set to “Coincidance” by Handsome Dancer. In the beginning, Kaitlyn lip-syncs along before turning the camera on her injuries. First, we see a banged-up knee, then large blisters on her heels. After that, we see a bandaged toe. She goes back to lip-syncing, before grabbing her ribs in agony. Poor Kaitlyn!
She captioned the video, “Wow, you can really injure yourself during dance. What a coinci-dance.”
Her fellow castmates certainly feel her pain. Many added laughing emoijs.
“No joke my right toe STILL has yet to return to looking like a real human toe. Getting scared it got stuck like this 🤣🤦🏻♀️😬,” added former Season 29 contestant Chrishell Stause.
There’s no doubt about it — Kaitlyn and her partner Artem Chigvintsev are working hard to make it to the season finale.
Kaitlyn Bristowe Will Draw On Her Emotions Tonight
Many fans believe Kaitlyn and Artem have a great shot at first place, but it won’t be easy. They’ll have to give it everything they’ve got. And no one is safe. Many thought Cheryl Burke and AJ McLean would be in the semifinals, but the judges shockingly chose to send them home last week.
This week, Kaitlyn and Artem will perform two routines. And one of them has a strong emotional significance for Kaitlyn.
Their Contemporary routine to “Cowboy Take Me Away” by The Chicks will be in honor of Kaitlyn’s childhood friend Lindsay. The Bachelorette star revealed Lindsay lost her life in a car accident and this was one of her favorite songs.
Everyone please read this thread. Sobbing. I love you so much. I love all the 27 years of my friendship with you. You always write so beautifully. Through good and bad times, we will always be there for each other. https://t.co/B0EjhkPRk4

As we’ve seen in other episodes this season, contestants often perform well when they use their emotions to fuel them. Perhaps this is just what Kaitlyn needs to help propel her into the finale.
Kaitlyn and Artem will also perform a Paso Doble as their redemption routine. Hopefully, it will be enough to win over Carrie Ann Inaba this week. As we’ve seen on Instagram, the judge gave plenty of tips to the couple. Only time will tell if they manage to pull it off. This routine will be to “Hanuman” by Rodrigo Y Gabriela.
If you love Kaitlyn Bristowe and want her to win, you will have to vote. The show kicks off tonight at 8 PM eastern time, so don’t miss a single second. Who do you think will make it to the finals and take home the coveted Mirrorball Trophy? Let us know what you think in the comments.
