Hannah Ferrier of Below Deck Mediterranean is sharing her mommy moments. She gave her fans a laugh with her latest Instagram post. She decided to put her spin on the “How it started vs. how it’s going” meme. This meme became the unofficial meme for 2020.

While it had an original purpose of celebrating a relationship, the “how it started vs. how it’s going” meme quickly turned into something that’s relevant. It’s adaptable for many situations, including politics, social commentary, and pop culture. Most even use to show how their year has been going.

Now, Hannah has jumped on the bandwagon with her own twist to the meme.

On Wednesday, November 11, the Below Deck Med alum took to Instagram to post a slideshow of photos. The first photo shows her climbing up the stairs in a white lace gown with a long train. She embraces her baby bump as she smiles back at the camera. In addition to her beautiful dress, there are candles and red roses around her.

In the next two photos is where things get real. The Aussie holds her baby who spits up all over her. The baby’s expression in the third photo is relatable. In the caption, Hannah jokingly writes: “How it started VS How it’s going….” alongside the crying and laughing emoji and puke emoji.

Fans loved Hannah’s post. They thought it was all too real and relatable, especially for new moms. Others congratulated her on the news of her baby. Hannah got over 72,000 comments for her humorous take on the popular meme.

Did the Below Deck Med alum get secretly married?

Some fans noticed something interesting about Hannah’s photo. In the first photo, she looks as if she’s wearing a wedding gown. Also, the location looks quite romantic. One fan asked if had her wedding this year.

“Wait, did you get married??? Congrats!!!!” the fan wrote.

Another fan chimed in: “you don’t have to be married to have a baby! ? Did I miss something?”

A third fan added: “the dress looks like it could be a wedding dress!! I can see why the question of her getting married was asked!!”

However, the photo could be from her baby shower. Some fans took offense over the fan’s question. No one has to be married to have kids these days. Also, Hannah previously denied the rumors. She just celebrated her one-year anniversary with her boyfriend, Josh, last month.
