‘LPBW’ Amy And Chris’s Wedding On Hold Due To Pandemic
It seems that one LPBW couple won’t be walking down the aisle anytime soon. Amy Roloff and Chris Marek have had to put their wedding on hold due to the current pandemic crisis.
Corona wreaks havoc on Chris and Amy’s wedding plans
The Little People, Big World couple got engaged in September 2019, but has had to push back their wedding date until next year, Amy’s son, Zach Roloff, told Us Weekly Tuesday.”I think they put a lot of that on hold right now,” Zach states when asked about his mom’s wedding plans, Zach continued by explaining that “no venues” seem to be accepting dates right now, which has slowed the couple’s progress. “They would like to get married next summer,” he continued. “But I think it’s, yeah, I think all that’s on hold for a second.”
Chris and Amy continue to move forward
Zach continued the interview by saying, things are good between his parents, now that his mom is off the farm.“I think they’re getting along fine. They don’t obviously see each other a lot. There’s no reason for them to really interact, It’s [just] like family events.” The family’s working together for their annual pumpkin season festival, which Zach said his mom has been “participating” in on the farm.

Past history
Amy Roloff split from ex-husband Matt in June 2015. The pair has four children together, Zach, Jeremy, (both 30), Molly, 27, and Jacob, 23. Amy and Matt threw around accusations but despite high tension, the couple still owns and operates Roloff farms. Matt moved away from the farms and into a place with his current girlfriend Caryn Chandler. Amy just recently moved off the property and lives with Chris Marek, who she is engaged to. Roloff matriarch told Us Weekly in April that Matt and his girlfriend, Caryn, would be welcome at their wedding. “It’s not like they’re not going to be invited.” Amy said at the time, as Marek chimed in they have the “impression” it’s not something the couple would be “interested” in attending. Amy admitted that she “would not expect” to score an invitation from Matt and Chandler if the duo were to ever tie the knot.
Still going strong
Despite their wedding being on hold, Chris and Amy’s relationship is just as strong as ever before. Amy frequently post pictures on social media of the pair going on road trips together. The latest picture was of the twos motorcycle adventure. Enjoying the open road in celebration of Chris’s birthday! It seems these two have a bright future as a couple and hopefully newlyweds soon.
