Lala Kent & Randall Emmett Reveal Baby’s Gender, ‘VPR’ Crew Joins In

Lala Kent and Randall Emmett shared their gender party reveal plans a few days ago. Earlier this month, the Vanderpump Rules co-star announced she’s pregnant with her first child. Then on Saturday, September 19, she threw a gender reveal party with her fiance. Of course, it was a big affair. The Pump Rules crew hopped onto the party bus with face masks in hand.

Lala and Randall first shared the exciting news on their joint podcast, Give Them Lala… With Randall. On her 30th birthday, she exclaimed that it was the “best gift given to me.” Earlier this week, Randall said they were excited to find out the gender of their baby “this week” in a gender reveal party with their closest friends. VPR couple announce pregnancy

Randall Emmett and Lala Kent took to their respective Instagram accounts to document their gender reveal. The couple was in good company. Kristen Doute and her boyfriend Alex Menache attended the event, along with Katie Maloney and Tom Schwartz. Also in tow was pregnant Stassi Schroeder and her fiance Beau Clark.

Jax Taylor made an appearance in one of Randall’s videos. He was there with his wife, Brittany Cartwright. Randall asked him if he thinks Lala is having a boy or girl. He has a strong feeling that all of the VPR women (including his Brittany) will have a baby girl at some point. Jax thinks this will be the outcome since all of the men want boys.

Even Tom Schwartz exclaimed that he was on team boy. Kristen shared similar sentiments on her Instagram Stories. Then the gender reveal happened in the most unexpected way. A pink parachute flew out of the sky. Lala is having a baby girl!

She’s next in line to have a girl. Back in June, Stassi and Beau confirmed they’re also expecting a baby girl. However, their gender reveal took place at home. Speaking of Stassi, she showed a clip of Lala crying while saying, “I hope they do better at life than us!”

In a previous clip, Stassi asked Lala and Randall their thoughts. Lala assumed she was having a boy, while Randall voted for a girl. Randall already shares two daughters, Rylee and London, with ex-wife Ambyr Childers. Lala shared on her Instagram Stories that she can’t wait to meet her baby. “I’m in love with you already and I can’t wait to be your mama,” she wrote in the text overlay of a sign that reads, “Give Them a Girl… With Lala & Rand.”

Will Lala Kent share her pregnancy on the show?

Bravo fired Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute for their past racially insensitive comments and actions. So, the remaining ladies are Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, and Lala Kent. However, Lala is the only one on the show who’s pregnant. So, what does that mean for Vanderpump Rules Season 9?

There haven’t been any updates on the show’s future. The only update is that SUR will finally reopen on September 23 following its shutdown due to coronavirus. If the show resumes filming, it will be without Stassi and Kristen. Stassi would have given the show plenty of content to go with. Not only is she pregnant, but she’s still planning her Italian wedding.

Instead, the show could focus on Lala’s upcoming wedding and pregnancy. Katie previously revealed that she “has no idea” on whether Vanderpump Rules will return for a ninth season. Everything is up in the air at the moment. But one thing is for sure and that is Lala and Randall will have a beautiful baby girl.
