On Friday, August 28, Josiah Duggar celebrated his birthday. He seemed to enjoy his big day, as it was documented online. How old is the Counting On star and how did he spend his special day?
Josiah Duggar celebrates his birthday
On Friday, Josiah’s wife Lauren Swanson dedicated a special birthday post to him on Instagram. The couple shares an Instagram account, but Lauren signed the post with her name.
She shared a photo of their little family. The couple shares Bella, who will turn one year old in November. She also included a photo of herself and Josiah and a photo of Josiah holding Bella. Of course, fans are loving these sweet photos.
In Lauren’s post, she talks about how “amazing and thoughtful” Josiah is. She also writes, “You never cease to fill our home with fun and laughter. You’re the best dad! It is a joy to watch you with our little girl. Seeing her smile and how excited she gets when you get home from work is truly one of the sweetest things to behold.”
Then, she closes her post by writing, “You are always giving and desiring to please the Lord in all that you do. I am so blessed to be married to such a wonderful man!”

Duggar family shares sweet message to Josiah
On the Duggar family’s Instagram page, they shared a picture and wrote a message to Josiah. The picture features Jim Bob, Michelle, Lauren, Josiah, Bella, Joe, and Kendra. They hung out at Top Golf to celebrate his birthday. It’s unclear if any of the other family members tagged along.
Jim Bob and Michelle talk about how much joy Josiah brings to their family. Then, they add, “We are so grateful for the man you are and constantly amazed at the variety of skills you have mastered! Whether it’s construction projects, flying planes, riding a unicycle, or singing harmony to a song, you do it all with excellence!”
