‘RHOBH’: Garcelle Beauvais Took ‘2 Days’ To Deal With Lisa Rinna Fallout
RHOBH star Garcelle Beauvais shared the details of her Lisa Rinna fallout after the reunion. She said that it took “two days” to recover from it. The actress sat down for an exclusive interview with Access Hollywood. She shared her experience with filming the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 10 reunion.
It was her first reunion and virtual reunion at once. Garcelle joined the cast during Season 10. She supported Denise Richards, who was the punching bag at the reunion. It affected her friendship with Lisa Rinna. She even unfollowed the Days of Our Lives actress on Instagram. While it’s been difficult, she’s brushing off the drama.
Garcelle Beauvais says Lisa Rinna drama took “two days to shake it”
During her interview with Access Hollywood, Garcelle Beauvais talked about the explosive virtual reunion. The 53-year-old actress had a falling out with Lisa Rinna. It all started when Rinna called the taping “bulls***” in a cryptic post on her Instagram Stories. She added that “cease and desists work.” It’s unclear what cease and desist letter Rinna was referring to. But in the Season 10 trailer, Rinna accused Denise of sending one.
Denise has been the center of drama this season. Brandi Glanville revealed that the two had an alleged affair, which Denise denies. Brandi was not present for the reunion. But she confirmed that she will have a sit-down one-on-one conversation with Andy Cohen. Garcelle couldn’t get over the reunion. She admitted it took her “two days” to recover from it, as per People.
“It took me two solid days to shake it,” Garcelle admitted. “It really did. I mean, because I’ve never been in that situation. I keep saying to my friends, if I don’t like someone, then they’re not in my life. But with this show, you can not like someone, but then you have to hang out with them. Which, you know, we’re grown-ups, we can do.”
The Coming to America star revealed that the entire taping took “13 hours.” Garcelle says it was “still stressful,” even though they were all in their respective homes. As for Rinna’s Instagram Story, she told Access Hollywood, “She’s entitled to her opinion, is all I’ll say.”

Garcelle Beauvais also kind of confirmed she unfollowed Lisa Rinna on Instagram after witnessing her behavior this season. She made it clear that she’s on Denise’s side.
“S*** happens. Things go down,” she simply told Us Weekly on the “Hot Hollywood” podcast. “[The reunion] was intense, and you know why you’re there, and everything’s being brought up, things you may have forgotten, things like that.”

Garcelle admitted she had no idea what she was getting herself into. Filming RHOBH is “different” from “watching it at home” and “you’re not involved in it.” As for her friendship with Rinna, Garcelle said that they won’t “have any sleepovers anytime soon.” But she’s still hoping for a friendship with Rinna in the future.
But, for now, Garcelle would rather focus on self-care and her skincare routine.
