The “Good as Gold” singer wants to do everything in her power to recover from her miscarriage. She even wants to work on her Zen. Daily Mail published the photos of Scheana Shay carrying a journal. The book is titled Zen as F***. Amazon describes it as an “uplifting guided journal for when you just don’t give a f***.” The journal includes positive affirmations and activities that bring you closer to happiness.

Scheana carried the journal as the couple entered the restaurant upon having their temperature taken. She also wore black bike shorts with a black oversized sweatshirt. Scheana had her signature dark hair pulled up in a high ponytail. Both Brock and Scheana wore matching leopard print face masks. Meanwhile, her Aussie boyfriend wore a tan T-shirt and black knee-length shorts that featured a frayed hem.

Per The Blast, Scheana wants to remain positive during this time. She took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of a care package that she received from jeweler Lindsay Montgomery. Scheana was so excited about the pregnancy that she told her family. Unfortunately, her pregnancy didn’t stick, and she miscarried six weeks later. She recalled that she was in a San Diego hotel room when she was “feeling off.” The “One More Time” singer said she was “bleeding all weekend.” That’s when she went to her doctor who informed her there was no heartbeat.
