Duggar Grandkids Make Memories Painting With Michelle

On Saturday, June 27, Michelle Duggar hosted several of her grandchildren for a fun day of painting. The family’s official Instagram page shared a photo from the special day. The picture features Michelle in the background. And, several of her grandkids are painting at the table. Specifically, Spurgeon Seewald, Mackynzie Duggar, and Meredith Duggar are there. Plus, some of Michelle and Jim Bob’s younger kids are enjoying the painting party too.

In the caption, Michelle reflects on the kids making messes. She encourages parents to embrace the messes that their children make. Then, she writes, “Some of our greatest memories and biggest laughs have come from the lively messes we have made while having fun together. I love these moments with my children and grandchildren as they create, learn, and grow! 💕 The days of sticky tables and fingers are sometimes long, but the years are short and I cherish each one!!

In addition to Michelle documenting this fun time with her grandkids, Anna Duggar posted a few pictures of her kids painting. The mom of six reveals that “Lolli”, which is what Michelle’s grandkids call her, helped the kids with watercolor painting. She showed off what her daughters painted while they were with their grandmother.

In a comment on Anna’s post, one fan asked her to clarify who Lolli is. Anna explained that Michelle is Lolli and Jim Bob is Pops. So, together, they are Lollipops.

Duggar fans admire Michelle’s wisdom

Often, fans look to Michelle and her daughter-in-law Anna for parenting advice. Michelle has 19 children. Anna has six kids, but fans predict that she will have more. From what fans can tell from the family’s TV shows and on social media, both Michelle and Anna seem to be parenting pros. One fan recently asked Anna to write a parenting book.

So, when Michelle shares her wisdom in this recent post, fans naturally love it. They are thanking her for sharing her advice and many are agreeing with her. They point out that Michelle makes a very good point. While not all parents want to embrace the messiness of raising kids and giving them fun projects to do, most parents seem to think that it’s a good idea. They appreciate Michelle’s reminder. They also think it’s great that Michelle is so involved in her grandchildren’s lives.
