Kelly Dodd Ignores Social Distancing Practices & Parties With Fiance Rick
Kelly Dodd is turning off fans with her behavior. She’s been acting erratically amid the coronavirus pandemic. It all started when Kelly made inappropriate comments. She previously said that only the poor and dumb get coronavirus. Then, she compared the global pandemic to the flu several weeks after saying that it’s God’s way of “thinning the herd.”
The Real Housewives of Orange County star defied the lock down rules by partying with fiancé Rick Leventhal and friends in Palm Springs. California is still in a lock down amid the coronavirus pandemic. But, Kelly doesn’t care. She threw a large party with some of her closest friends over the weekend.
Kelly Dodd defies the coronavirus pandemic once again
Per The Sun, Kelly Dodd ignored the California shutdown laws amid the coronavirus pandemic. She even took to her Instagram Stories to document her weekend. The 44-year-old television personality filmed herself sitting in the back of a convertible as her fiancé Rick Leventhal and a friend of theirs sat up front.
Kelly also documented the party, which included a jacuzzi and outside bar. She compared it to Rick’s New York City apartment. The RHOC star joked that the property was larger.

“I think my apartment would fit in this room,” Rick responded.
The couple went to a second property, where they were joined by a large group of people. Kelly filmed them relaxing by the pool. California residents are advised to stay at home in their current place of resident, except for work, grocery shopping, or permitted errands.
Kelly has caused controversy numerous times during the COVID-19 crisis. In addition, Stoned Bravo Guy shared this clip of Kelly at a casino on Sunday afternoon, May 24. Kelly can be heard in the video saying, “We’re at a freaking bar right now and we’re ordering what the f*** we want. We don’t have a s***.” She then jokingly sings, “We Are the World.”

Kelly and her friends sit next to each other at the bar while wearing face coverings. RHOC fans took to the tweet to exclaim their frustration over the Housewife. Some of them declared that Bravo should fire Kelly and bring Tamra back on the show. Others want the network to cancel the show altogether.
RHOC star under fire for her statements about coronavirus
Earlier this month, Kelly Dodd defied the travel restriction to fly to New York to see Rick Leventhal. She also compared the coronavirus to the typical flue during an Instagram Livestream, per Page Six.
“But how many people die on a daily basis?” Kelly pondered. “Eight million?” Well, people are going to die! I’m sorry to tell ya.”
Kelly’s comments upset many people on social media, including Kelly’s former co-stars Tamra Judge and Vicki Gunvalson.
“Unbelievable!!!” Tamra commented on the clip. “What will it take for her to understand how serious this is? People are dying everywhere. Where’s your compassion???”
Vicki simply responded with a resounding, “Wow!”

Kelly responded after the backlash, saying, “That’s not what I meant.”
“I’m not insensitive,” the reality star explained. “I feel bad for all the families that lost loved ones, and I do think that we should all stay at home and protect everybody. That’s not what I meant, and I want to apologize to anyone who got offended. OK? I’m sorry.”
But Kelly has refused to stay home. She even underwent vaginal rejuvenation amid the pandemic. Kelly took to Instagram Stories to share her entire journey. She has declined to further comments on her previous remarks about the coronavirus.
Kelly continue to alienate fans with her crazy behavior
Kelly Dodd has been losing fans due to her Instagram rants and road trips. Although she was a fan favorite on RHOC, she could lose that fan base she once had, per the Champagne and Shade blog. Since getting engaged to Rick Leventhal, Kelly has shown her true colors. She’s been traveling across the country while the rest of the world is on lockdown due to the coronavirus.
People should only travel for “essential” needs. While most are staying at home and limiting their time outside, Kelly has been traveling back and forth from California to New York. She even felt that her vaginal rejuvenation appointment was an “essential” trip.

While Kelly is entertaining on television, her off-camera antics haven’t sit well with fans. Most fans aren’t look forward to seeing her on the new season. Kelly had her moment when she stood up against Vicki and Tamra, but she could find herself in their shoes.
