Rob Kardashian Tells Of Violent Argument, Blac Chyna Pointed A Gun At His Head
Rob Kardashian keeps having legal troubles with his baby mama, Blac Chyna. Rob and Blac Chyna may have split up in 2016, but they continue to fight it out in court. In court documents, Rob claims that his ex-fiance pointed a gun to his head. She also hit him with a metal pole and tried to choke him with an iPhone charging cable. This was the final violent argument that made Rob Kardashian leave Blac Chyna for good. Rob Kardashian is suing Blac Chyna for assault and battery.
He detailed a fight the then-couple had in his sister Kylie Jenner’s Hidden Hills, California home in December. The court documents say, “he feared for his life,” just a month after she gave birth to their daughter, Dream.

Violent Relationship From The Beginning
He alleged that after Blac Chyna’s photo shoot, “she pointed a gun at Rob’s head and threatened to kill him.” At the time he took a FaceTime call. He said she consumed alcohol and snorted cocaine at the shoot.
“Blac Chyna’s erratic conduct under the influence of alcohol and drugs culminated in her physically assaulting and battering Rob.” “Therefore, causing significant property damage.” Rob’s lawyer states. Later that night, “Blac Chyna came up behind Rob Kardashian and wrapped an iPhone charger around his neck.” Rob managed to free himself and fled to the master bedroom and locked the door.
The documents allege that, “as a result of the attack, Rob suffered scratches, abrasions and bruising” as well as “emotional distress.” They also reveal Rob wasn’t clear if the gun had bullets in it when she pointed it at him and threatened him. He thought she would be capable of killing him.
How Rob Kardashian Got Out Of The Abusive Relationship
Rob Kardashian called his mom Kris Jenner, who sent Corey Gamble, her boyfriend, over that morning. Corey tried to separate them. Chyna, continued to beat Rob around the head, face and back. Blac Chyna moved out that evening, and Rob changed the locks and hired security to protect him. Rob Kardashian filed legal papers in September 2017.
Chyna filed to dismiss the suit in which she claimed she “was being her very outgoing, colorful and joking self with Rob,” and that she “didn’t intend to harm” him. Her lawyer told Us Weekly “there was no ‘violent attack’,” insisting that on the night in question, the couple were celebrating Season 2 of Rob & Chyna being picked up by E!
