’90 Day Fiance’s’ Ed Doesn’t Regret the White Lie

90 Day Fiance

When Ed Brown first met Rosemarie Vega on 90 Day Fiance, he told a white lie. However, as he teases where he and Rose currently stand, he admits that he doesn’t regret a moment of the lie.

The topic came up in a recent interview with Us Weekly. The couple hit bumps in the road because of the white lie, but they have managed to get over those bumps.

A Lie About Height

Ed told Rose that he was 5′ 2″. A small height already, it’s understandable that finding out Ed is actually 4′ 11″ was a huge surprise to Rose. Starting a relationship on a lie is never a good idea, but it’s easy to understand why he did that. After all, would she have given him a chance had she known his real height?

By telling the lie, the two were able to get to know each other. It’s often hard to start a relationship by just getting to know the personality of the other, but that’s what this one little lie allowed.

Where Ed and Rose Are Now on 90 Day Fiance

While Ed can’t say too much about where he is with his relationship with Rose right now, he does tease that things are good. In the interview with Us Weekly, he shares that he has a bigger house and that he’s happy. Understandably, Ed worried about falling in love again, especially after 20 years. He didn’t want to be hurt again, but he wanted to be happy once more.

It sounds like he faced trouble at one point. The 90 Day Fiance star shares that he didn’t think he’d survive one night while out in the Philippines with Rose, but couldn’t go into any details.

A Better Relationship With His Daughter

The happiness in the relationship has also brought happiness between Ed and his daughter, Tiffany. The two had fallen out after Ed got a flight to the Phillippines. Tiffany was naturally worried about her father getting on the 23-hour flight. She feared what could happen to him overseas, especially when she’d only found out about it at the time of the flight.

At first, Ed couldn’t see that his daughter was worried. He felt she wanted to stop him from being happy. Now he realizes why his 29-year-old daughter was scared and they’ve made up since then.
