Demi Lovato and Young and the Restless star Max Ehrich are officially dating. This budding new romance comes just three months after Demi ended things with Austin Wilson.

Fans suspected the brewing of a relationship.

According to Us Weekly, fans of the 27-year-old singer and 28-year-old soap opera star suspected a relationship was brewing. Why? Well, there was a lot of flirting going on via Instagram.

Rumors Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich were dating continued to swirl about a week ago when they were spotted roaming Los Angeles together. A source recently confirmed to Us Weekly that Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich are dating. In fact, the source said the duo are off to a really “strong start” as far as dating is concerned.

A second source told the publication the duo “met a few weeks ago.” The second source also confirmed there was romance brewing between the pair.

When did rumors Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich were dating start?

It was at the beginning of the month when rumors Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich were dating kicked off. Things started when fans noticed Lovato reply to a video of Max singing. She penned the comment “to my <3″. Max responded to her comment with the infinity emoji shortly after.

Nearly two weeks later, Demi Lovato left a flirty comment on a shirtless snap of Max Ehrich.

“When u realize u should’ve packed more for your quarantine stay,” the soap opera star penned in his Instagram post on March 24th.

Demi replied: “Fine by me.”

The very next day, Max Ehrich shared a video of himself singing his own version of “Yellow” by Coldplay. Many assumed the song was a declaration of new feelings to Demi Lovato.

With the intense amount of flirting going on in the comments of their Instagrams… It is no wonder people suspected they were dating.
