Jim Edmonds Moves On Fast With New Girlfriend — Meghan King Remains Unbothered
Jim Edmonds wants to move on from his split with Meghan King. He’s been enjoying his life with new girlfriend Kortnie O’Connor. It’s gotten to the point where he’s become “obsessed” with her. Jim Edmonds and Meghan King had a messy divorce ever since announcing their split in October 2019.
The former couple had a war of words in the media. Meghan King even shared the details on her marriage to Jim on her new Intimate Knowledge podcast. But Jim Edmonds didn’t appreciate her airing out his dirty laundry. He doesn’t want anymore drama with his ex-wife. Instead, he wants to focus all his time and energy on Kortnie.
Jim Edmonds is “obsessed” with his new girlfriend Kortnie O’Connor
An insider told In Touch that Jim Edmonds is “moving really fast” with his new girlfriend. He’s become “obsessed” with Kortnie O’Connor because he loves her so much. His daughter Hayley already approves of her. Meghan has also accepted his new relationship.
“Jim is obsessed with Kortnie,” the insider said. “He says he’s having a great time and he’s finally happy. They have fun together and they make a great couple.”
While Meghan was “upset” to hear about Jim’s new relationship, she has come around to accepting it. She wasn’t jealous. She just didn’t want Kortnie around their kids because it was too soon. The insider revealed that Meghan has been “telling friends she’s over it,” meaning their marriage. Meghan is glad that Jim is happy and that their children are happy as well.
The women have a history together. On her podcast, Meghan revealed that Kortnie hooked up with her and Jim Edmonds while they were still married. She was surprised by their relationship because she assumed Kortnie was her friend.
“I thought [she] was my friend,” Meghan exclaimed. “I just felt like, ‘OK, if I’m going to do this, this can be with who and I’m comfortable with that.”
Now Meghan approves of their relationship. She has decided to “let go of all the anger,” the insider added. Meghan wants to move on with her life, and she wants Jim to finally move on as well.
Meghan King is all smiles in rare sighting
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum was all smiles when she stepped out on Thursday, February 20. It’s hard to tell that she’s been struggling with their divorce drama. Meghan flashed the cameras a smile during her rare sighting, as seen in the photos published on In Touch. She looked happier than ever as she’s been enjoying the single life.
The reality star was spotted wearing a black blouse with billowing sleeves. She paired her chic look with matching skinny jeans and ankle boots. Meghan was even more happy when she hung out with a gal pal. At the end of February, Meghan took off to the Dominican Republic for a girls’ trip with one of her friends.
