Where is this video?
This NSFW video was posted on an Instagram account called The Shade Room. Due to the nature of the video, it will not be embedded into this article. You, however, can visit Instagram directly to listen to it. In the 24 hours since the video was published… It has gone viral. The video has been viewed over 1.5 million times. Just shy of 30,000 Instagram users have also commented in it.
What is the content of the video?
For anyone who is at work or people with kids in the room, listening to the video isn’t recommended unless you have headphones. The video features a very bubbly That’s So Raven actor declaring that he allowed Nick Cannon to perform an oral intimate act on him. He added that The Masked Singer host was pretty good at it. He also seemed rather thrilled that everyone would be talking about the encounter he claimed to have with Cannon after the video and his claims went public.
Technically, Orlando did not use Nick’s last name. According to E! News, the connection was made because he mentioned Wild ‘N Out toward the end of the clip. Nick Cannon has a pretty large resume as far as being a TV show host is concerned. MTV’s Nick Cannon Presents: Wild ‘N Out is just one of the many shows he’s had the pleasure of hosting.
For those who didn’t catch the subtle hint that he was referring to Nick Cannon at the end of the video… The Shade Room also tagged Nick in the caption of the video.
What does Nick Cannon have to say about Orlando Browns’ claims?
Nick Cannon has broken his silence on the alleged claims.
A few hours after the video begun to make headlines, Nick shared a screenshot of one of those headlines on Instagram. The post included a lengthy statement.
The America’s Got Talent host initially revealed that he thought the post was hilarious. He, however, had a few other thoughts after he had time for his thoughts to settle.
“First off let me say I am praying for the young brother Orlando even though I don’t really know him personally, I have always loved and enjoyed his talent and have been a fan of his past work,” Nick penned as he indirectly denied the act could have even happened as he doesn’t even know the actor on a personal level.
Cannon, however, thinks the actor needs help.
He added: “But this is another crucial example of when we allow our young artists to be prematurely exposed by this demonic business and left out to fend for themselves. We need better support systems for our youth and take care of our own.”
“I watched various of this young brothers videos and all I see is a cry out for help. So I don’t know if there are any real leaders or solid individuals in this young man’s life but let’s embrace him and tighten him up so he doesn’t become another lost victim to these hollywood circumstances. I indeed believe this brother has the God given talent to be on Wildnout but this definitely ain’t the way to audition, this actually hurts my heart to see that we have allowed Orlando, along with various other young gifted performers we grew up loving, to just dwindle away after these corporations made their billions off of them. “
Cannon continued to add that he hoped the young actor would get the help that he needed. As opposed to people just finding humor in the video clip.
Nick Cannon concluded his post by taking a dig at several media outlets that assisted in calling attention to the video and pushing it to go viral.
How did Instagram react to the video?
Many of those who took to the comments expressed genuine concern for the actor. They feared his mental health was not in the best state. Several noted they had a hard time believing anything he said could be true.
There were also a few individuals who noted that just because he might not be mentally stable… It didn’t mean he was lying about his encounter with Nick.
