Duggar: Josiah And Lauren’s First Baby Is Here!
On Friday, November 8 at 5:24 p.m., Josiah and Lauren Duggar welcomed their first baby to the world! On Monday, November 11, they revealed the baby girl’s details. The couple named their first daughter Bella Milagro.
In an interview with Us Weekly, the new parents shared, “After a long and difficult labor, our girl arrived. When we finally got to see and hold our precious Bella Milagro all the pain instantly went away. We can’t believe she is ours — she is so perfect! She definitely has lived up to her name which means, ‘beautiful miracle.’ Today we are basking in God’s goodness!”

In June, the couple revealed that they were expecting a baby girl. They said, “We are so grateful that God has blessed us with a sweet baby girl! If she only knew how loved she is already and how many people are already praying for her! She truly is a gift … a miracle from God.”
The new baby is 6 pounds and 5 ounces. She measures 18.5 inches long. So far, no news has been shared about the baby’s health. Duggar fans believe that no news is good news. Hopefully, both mom and baby are doing well.
Throughout her pregnancy, Lauren kept fans updated via Instagram. In August, she shared a baby bump photo and wrote, “Life is such a gift and something I cherish more now, with all that we have gone through this past year. This pregnancy hasn’t been easy. I treasure every moment and I am reminded daily that life is truly a miracle from God.”
Lauren Duggar suffered a miscarriage
Prior to getting pregnant with Bella, Josiah and Lauren lost a baby. This was a very hard time for them. For this reason, Bella is their rainbow baby. That is a baby born after a miscarriage.
Throughout her pregnancy, Lauren reflected on her miscarriage. She and Josiah wanted to raise awareness and offer support to those going through the same thing. They didn’t want anyone to feel alone. She even posted for Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month in October.

Lauren was one of three pregnant Duggar women due in November. Kendra gave birth earlier this month. Anna is still pregnant and will give birth to her sixth child sometime very soon. Abbie is expecting her first child early next year.
