How To Watch The ‘Shameless’ Season 10 Premiere Early
It’s finally time Shameless fans. The Season 10 premiere airs this week. Itching to watch the Season 10 Premiere? Don’t feel too bad, so is every other fan of the Gallagher family. Fortunately, there is a way to get your eyes on the Season 10 Premiere of Shameless before it airs on Sunday, November 10th at 9 p.m. EST on Showtime.
How do you watch the Shameless Season 10 Premiere before it airs?
Unfortunately, watching the Shameless Season 10 premiere early isn’t going to be free for most fans of the series. This is, of course, with the exception of those who are new to the cult like fan base. To watch Shameless while it airs, viewers must have a Showtime streaming subscription. There are a lot of different ways to make this happen.
- Add Showtime to your cable plan
- Sign up for a subscription directly from the Showtime website
- Add the Showtime channel to your Amazon Prime Video subscription
- Add the Showtime channel to your Hulu subscription
If you are new to the Shameless fan base or you haven’t not done one of the above options before, you might be able to get a month (or sometimes a week) for free. Hulu, Amazon, and Showtime like to offer free trials to new customers. They offer this so you can test the service before committing to a monthly subscription.

If you cancel your subscription when Shameless is no longer airing new episodes, make sure you check your email. Showtime often sends out promo codes and discounts to get previous customers to come back.
First, you’ll have to sign up to the Showtime streaming service through one of the above options.
Once you’ve signed up for Showtime, you’ll be able to watch the Season 10 Premiere of Shameless briefly before it airs. The network drops new episodes of Shameless (and all their other shows) into the streaming service on the day they air, just after midnight. So, a lot of die hard Shameless fans will stay up till midnight on Saturday to watch new episodes as soon as they hit the streaming library.
What are fans expecting from the new season of Shameless?
As we reported back in August, there’s a lot of great things for Shameless fans to look forward to.
Gallavich Returns
Arguably, the number one thing fans of Shameless look forward to as the Season 10 Premiere approaches is the return of Gallavich. Noel Fisher and Cameron Monaghan are both returning to the show. More over, they’ve said during interviews part of the reason they returned was to explore their characters relationship. Unfortunately, chatter from those who attended a screening of the Season 10 Premiere early claimed there isn’t much in the way of Gallavich in the first episode.
New Head of Household
Sadly, Emmy Rossum (Fiona) did walk away from the series after a nine season run. With her gone, Emma Kenney (Debbie) will step up to the plate as the head of household. Her stepping into the role makes sense as she has a daughter of her own. Furthermore, most of the Gallagher crew has aged to the point of taking care of themselves. This is with the exception of Liam. He, however, seems to do a pretty good job of taking himself. That and the fact that no one seems to notice when he disappears.
Lip Finally Gets His Child
Jeremy Allen White (Lip) has wanted a child since early on in the series. His character was devastated when he got his hopes up with Karen only to find out the baby wasn’t his. Then, his heart was broken again when he lost Xan to social services.
Kevin Ball Struggles to Find Himself
Steve Howey (Kevin Ball) will struggle with an identity crisis. Fortunately, many female fans of the series are looking forward to seeing Kev do a little stripping this season!

Over all, the one thing fans want most for Season 10 is that it doesn’t tank because Emmy Rossum walked away. More over, they want the series to continue on for additional seasons despite losing their leading lady.
