‘RHONJ’ Star Joe Giudice Wants to Be MMA Fighter: ‘I Want to Fight Somebody’
The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe and Teresa sat down with Bravo host Andy Cohen earlier this week. Joe appeared via satellite from Italy, where he is awaiting the final decision on his deportation. The reality star petitioned the court in early October to be released from ICE custody and transported to Italy. Then, the petition was approved and he left the country.
The Watch What Happens Live special was the first time the couple addressed their future in front of the cameras. Joe and Teresa recently celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. Fittingly, the interview focused heavily on the state of their marriage.
Both RHONJ Stars Admit to Thinking the Other Was Unfaithful
Well before their concurrent prison sentences, rumors circulated about Joe’s infidelity. The allegations were a popular topic on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Joe has always denied the rumors. However, Andy directed a question regarding faithfulness to both of them.
When asked if Joe thought Teresa was faithful to him while he was in prison, Joe said no. Teresa has been photographed with several different men during Joe’s time away.
Teresa doubts Joe’s fidelity, too. In fact, the RHONJ star said she thought he would have a mistress in Italy if they stay married. However, the conversation went in other directions, too. The talks included rumors that Joe is hoping to be an MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter.
Joe Says He Taught MMA in Prison
Prison is a dangerous place. People reports that Joe showed other inmates his MMA moves. Apparently, the prison lifestyle certainly agrees with Joe. He lost 35 pounds in the first few months of his incarceration. The RHONJ father of four believes his prison fight club helped his training.
“We were fighting in prison. I’ve been training literally for like three-and-a-half years. […] And you know something, I have a lot of aggression. I have a lot of aggression in me. I would love to just do it just to go in and fight somebody just because I want to fight somebody.”
Joe reveals MMA training lets him release aggression he has suffered from his entire life. However, there aren’t any local MMA schools in the area where he lives. He reveals that he’s in contact with a training school in Naples, Italy.
RHONJ Star’s Daughter Gia Giudice Posts Videos of Joe Training
The oldest daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa and Joe has been posting updates about her dad on her Instagram account. Gia Giudice is her father’s biggest fan. She posted a series of videos of Joe working out with his brother in Italy.
