‘Teen Mom’: Tyler Baltierra Sticks Up For Catelynn Lowell
On Friday, Teen Mom star Tyler Baltierra posted about his wife, Catelynn Lowell Baltierra, on Instagram. He shared a pretty picture of her and wrote a caption that said, “I was going to write something deep & meaningful but all I can think of is ‘DAYYYUMM!’ @catelynnmtv you look smokin babe! #Wifey.”

After this picture went up on Instagram, fans began leaving negative comments. Tyler describes these comments as being “mean”. Because of all of this negativity, he decided to turn off comments on the post. He had seen enough hurtful comments about his wife and didn’t want them to get to her. This was a smart move because people can be pretty harsh on social media.
How did Teen Mom star Tyler Baltierra defend his wife?
In response to these mean comments, Tyler put out a second post about his wife. In this post, he explained how those comments made him feel. He said, “After yesterday’s post, I can’t help but get emotional when writing this. The unnecessary mean & disturbing comments made about my beautiful wife, really just breaks my heart to be honest. It doesn’t make me angry…it literally just rips my heart to pieces.”

He also went on to explain how she is battling a mental illness and explained everything that his wife has been through over the years. He wants fans to know that she doesn’t deserve these hurtful comments.
At the end of this post, he says,
“All I know is what I understand about her…that she is the most courageous, loving, & beautiful human being I have ever met. And if you can’t see those things, then please just scroll on, there is NO NEED FOR HATE! So PLEASE, everyone pay attention…we just HAVE to be better at loving each other as co existing human beings. We HAVE to be better at lifting each other up & showing people the love that everyone deserves to feel. What I see here is a gorgeous woman, both inside & out, who I am lucky enough to call my wife! #SpreadTheLove #NoHate”
Hopefully, going forward fans will be more loving toward Catelynn. Who knows if the haters will take Tyler’s caption seriously or not. He seems to be very passionate and knows how these hateful comments can affect his wife. In response to the second post, his wife replied and said, “Omg thank you @tylerbaltierramtv I love you.”
Fortunately, most of the comments on the second post are positive so far. Many fans are offering their support for Tyler and Catelynn. They are also saying how much they disagree with all of the negative comments that were left on the previous post.
