Lisa Vanderpump Has Had Enough of “Being the Target” on ‘RHOBH’
If you’re keeping up with Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills so far, then you know that everyone has been ganging up on Lisa Vanderpump and Lucy the dog for the majority of the time. Last night was no exception.
What has gone done this season with the dog?
For those not in the know, Lucy was adopted from Vanderpump’s Dog Foundation by Dorit Kemsley and her husband, PK. Not long after, though, Lucy was dropped off at a different shelter. They found a chip in her and she was then rescued again by the Vanderpump Dog Foundation. Dorit and PK violated the terms of the adoption contract by not returning Lucy to the initial place of adoption. They also did not pay the $5,000 fine for violating the said contract. Scandalous!
Lisa dragged Teddi and Kyle Richards into the ordeal when they visited the adoption center during the season’s premiere. She told them about Lucy’s situation, but Teddi already knew! She had found out earlier from a Vanderpump Dog Foundation employee. Are there ever any secrets in this town?

The scandal keeps going
This #DogGate scandal has caused a falling out between Lisa Vanderpump and Dorit Kemsley with feelings of betrayal and upset on both sides. Lisa feels especially targeted, though, as she seems to have been the target of the group for four seasons now. Kyle has not talked to Lisa since fighting with Ken and being kicked out of Villa Rosa.
Instead of talking about her, she says they should “talk about [their] own sh**t that’s been going on.” She could be referring to the fine that Dorit and PK failed to pay. They’re also involved in several lawsuits that would definitely bring bad publicity if talked about publicly. Of course, they would rather talk about Lisa and her “wrongdoings” instead of bringing their own to the light!
Although Dorit and the rest of the girls seem to be laying on the blame, Lisa says that the situation is “complicated” and that she doesn’t “want to blame” anyone. She also went on to say “I live my life with integrity and that’s why I have the same people working for me for years and years. I’m not somebody that’s not compassionate, I look after a lot of my staff like they’re my own. I’m proud to say, you know, even my household staff have lived in my house, and been with me for 12 years.” It’s safe to say that you don’t want to mess with Lisa and her love for animals!
