Colton Underwood Admits He is Second Guessing Getting Engaged So Soon
Bachelor Colton Underwood had a plan, but unfortunately, it hasn’t gone as he had hoped. The former football player thought he had a plan that’ll change his life forever, but he didn’t realize he didn’t have all go his answers. How different did he think things would be? He quickly realized that being on The Bachelor wasn’t a fairytale.
Colton talks on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s podcast
Bachelorette star Kaitlyn Bristowe’s Off the Vine podcast featured Colton Underwood, she then asked him the question ‘“Did it play out the way you thought it would?” “No!” Colton replied. “I’ll say this: you think you want one thing and then you continue to grow throughout the season and you realize what you want and what you need — everything changes.” Colton goes into more detail by saying “I don’t know if you’re guilty of this too, but like, you have an idea going in and you’re so excited to be the Bachelor or the Bachelorette where you’re just like, ‘I can’t wait to get down on one knee. I can’t wait to be engaged! I can’t wait to be married! (Colton)I can’t wait to have kids!’ You get so excited that you put the cart before the horse.”
The fence jump finally happens
He continued, “And then all of a sudden you’re like, ‘Oh, but I have to take these steps in these relationships,'” Colton explained. Colton quickly realized that he had jumped the gun, he thought things would play out easily and they definitely did not. He’s had a rough season, especially with the drama. As you see on the preview for next week’s episode, Colton’s jumping a fence.
It looks like he’s running to get the love of his life. This is the person he has the best connection with, Cassie Randolph. She tells him she’s not ready to get married and we all know that must’ve been hard for her. However, Colton runs after her and explains that he wants to be with her, even if that means not getting married right away. How cute?
The fans have been waiting on this to happen for weeks now ever since they saw the preview. This fence jump may be because he is upset over it all or could be him trying to go after her. Regardless, he ends up going to her hometown to talk to her in the end.
This season has been eventful, drama and romance filled, and one of the best seasons there’s been. Fans have been really enjoying this season and can’t wait to see how everything plays out in the long run. I’ve always watched The Bachelor shows, and I disagree with you about it being one of the best seasons. It’s been the most boring ever!!! And everyone I know is disappointed in this season, and many are wondering why Colton kept Tayeshia around so long when she left a long-term relationship to go on the show and she’s not even attractive.
