‘DWTS’ Welcomes Kaitlyn Bristowe As New Contestant
DWTS gets The Bachelorette alum, Kaitlyn Bristowe as a new contestant. The news came via @BacheloretteABC on Twitter on June 15. Plus, fans saw it play out during The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons – Ever! Guru Reality Steve chimed in his approval of the choice and fans quickly responded to the news. Many of them know Kaitlyn comes with some dancing background and they think she’ll kill it on the show.

When the news broke, @BacheloretteABC simply captioned their post with, “She’ll accept this dance 💃🏼 Meet your newest #DWTS contestant, @kaitlynbristowe.” Immediately, fans poured onto the post to like, retweet and comment. Here are some of the reactions from Dancing With the Stars fans:

Meanwhile, on his own post, Reality Steve commented, “I’m glad that @kaitlynbristowe [gets] her dream of being on DWTS. Should’ve happened earlier, but at least it’s happening. Very cool. Congrats.”
Jason Tartick and Kaitlyn Bristowe popular with Bachelor Nation
Briefly, as fans who watched The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever! saw, Kaitlyn thought that Jason might propose to her. The couple seems very popular these days since she and Shawn Booth split. After the show explored her season a bit, Chris Harrison came out and told her that her dream came true. And, she gets a chance on Dancing With the Stars. Fans loved the way Chris told her the happy news.
People reported that for Kaitlyn, hearing the news reminded her of the moment she got chosen for The Bachelorette. The newest DWTS contestant also said that Chris nearly fooled her into thinking Jason was about to propose. He said, “By the way, I know you mentioned meeting your future wife … you know I’m an ordained minister.'” And, Kailtyn thought that the AirPods in Jason’s pocket might be a ring. Well, she never got a wedding proposal, but she got something else that made her day – DWTS.

Chris Harrison really made Kailtyn’s day
Kaitlyn seemed happy and shocked all at the same time. She said, “Are you serious? Chris! I’m shaking. Oh my gosh. Chris, I’m going to cry.” Fans thought the moment was very sweet and tender and seem thrilled for her. But others noted she has some dancing in her background, which might give her an advantage over other contestants.
