Casey currently has temporary emergency custody of Hunter. However, he is now trying to fight Falen Vaughn for the custody of Wesley. Wesley is the son of Hunter and Bella. Fans are on Casey’s side about a lot of what is going on. However, they do not think that Wesley should be taken away from his mother.

However, Casey wants to be sure before he fights harder for custody of Wesley. There is no telling how Bella feels about this. However, she has to do it as the court has ordered her to. Why in the world would Casey have temporary custody? Especially if he is questioning paternity! Hunter is too immature to be responsible for that baby during the weeks that he lives with his father. He just finished 8th grade! When Bella has the support of her parents with Wesley, why would custody be taken away from her. There has to be more to this story! Both Bella and Hunter need to grow up and realize that having sex isn’t just something fun. There are serious consequences and neither one shows much maturity. Proof being, they were having sex within three weeks of Wesley being born!
