Texas Teacher Feeds Baby Kitten To Snake In Front Of Kids, Investigation Ordered
Animal rights organization PETA is now demanding an investigation of a Texas teacher who allegedly fed live kittens to a snake. Not only did they do this twisted act, but it happened in front of a classroom of students. So, what could their punishment be? Keep reading for more details.
PETA Demands Investigation Of Cruel Texas Teacher
The circle of life is something that many, if not all, students learn about in school. For some, it can make them feel better about the animal kingdom and how the creatures eat one another. Unfortunately, there are also times when science comes to life, and it can be traumatizing. For a Texas teacher, they took it a step too far and fed baby kittens to a snake. She had welcomed four kittens thanks to her cat and proceeded to feed one to the classroom snake.
That was when a student seemingly intervened and took the other three kittens home unscathed. They then complained about what the teacher had done, and PETA became involved. The organization filed an animal control report and requested that the school no longer allow the use of live animals in the classrooms. Sadly, the final three kittens who were not fed to the snake died after being rescued by the student. However, they did do their best to remedy the situation, and hopefully, this behavior won’t be tolerated any longer.

One issue is that the Texas teachers’ acts could harm their students. They will lose the ability to empathize via cruel acts and not know right from wrong. Typically, snakes eat birds and mice, so eating a kitten was twisted and sick. Some followers of this story chuckled at what happened, while others felt the teacher deserved a harsh punishment for subjecting students to this. There were a few who felt the teacher should serve jail time for what they did, but is that too extreme?
Mixed Reactions
Again, some followers of the Texas kitten massacre laughed at what had transpired. It is unclear why they would think such a thing is funny or tolerable in a school. Others were sickened by this and made their thoughts clear. They wanted the teacher to face the harshest of punishments, not just for the kitten but for the students who had to witness the act:
