James Kennedy was arrested for domestic violence. A witness called the police one night and reported an incident. It was said that a man threw a woman to the ground. It was revealed that it was James Kennedy and Ally Lewber. However, when police arrived, Ally had no noticeable injuries. Regardless, James was still arrested for this. Ally spoke out and thanked fans for being worried about her and assured everyone she was okay. However, she was seen moving out of the home she shared with James. It is unknown if she has any plans to move back in or if they are done for good.

James Kennedy has spoken out for the first time since his arrest. He showed off his dog, Hippie, and his sobriety chips.

“I am taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth, and being present for my loved ones. Navigating challenging moments is not easy but I am determined to learn, grow and move forward with the incredible support system around me.”

James’ attorney also spoke out about their next steps.

“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations levied by the Burbank Police Department against James. We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”

Fans hope that James can get his act together for the sake of himself and everyone around him. He has struggled with addiction before and everyone would hate to see him go down that path again.
