‘My 600-Lb Life’ TLC Shares Dr. Now’s First 2025 Patient

However, it seems Dr. Now is not done entertaining fans with his tough love. TLC recently surprised fans after announcing the new episodes for My 600-Lb Life next year. My 600-Lb Life: Dr. Now Returns With New Shows
Dr. Now previously took to social media to announce his new reality show. It’s another weight loss show called The 6000-Lb Diaries with Dr. Now. It features the story of 10 morbidly obese patients hoping to turn their lives around. Dr. Now will help them get through their struggles with the help of his team.
The show will air on Lifetime, though the concept is almost identical to TLC’s My 600-Lb Life. Many were also surprised by how Dr. Now seemingly works on two networks, as TLC released the synopsis for the new year’s episode.
TLC Shares Dr. Now’s First 2025 Patient
TLC recently released the description for the first episode of My 600-Lb Life next year. According to the network, the first episode, which will air on January 1st, 2025, will feature the story of Jonathan. He was already stable in life and had his dream job as an EMT first responder. However, he began to have issues with food and became addicted to it.
As a result, he was physically incapable of performing any daily tasks and barely left his room. His wife also ended up working full-time to pay their bills. TLC also stated that Jonathan must break the cycle of eating if he wants to turn his life around.
My 600-Lb Life: Dr. Now Thriving In New Business
Dr. Now has also taken advantage of his TV popularity. The My 600-Lb Life star previously launched his own merchandise, ranging from mugs, shirts, and other items with his face on them. Dr. Now recently took to Instagram to share that he now has Christmas merch on his online store.
He has also been thankful for all the support he has received over the years. During Season 12, the reality TV personality hosted a meet-and-greet event at his office. He was shocked by the long line of fans waiting outside to meet him.
