Sister Wives Fans Weigh In On Christine & Robyn’s ‘Twin’ Rings
When the wives married Kody, their rings were not big or elaborate. Kody Brown proposed to Robyn Brown with a piece of string he gathered from his daughter. Then, the wives all wore Claddagh rings which was their unifying symbol. Yet, when the OG3 started to fall away from the plural family, Robyn sported a much bigger rock. Sister Wives fans noticed Robyn had gotten a serious upgrade as did Kody. Even in the Sunday, December 15th episode, Kody joked he worried about guys hitting on Robyn in Church.
She flashed her ring finger with a massive diamond and no shame about it. More so, Robyn made it clear that with that ring, no one would mistake her for a single woman. When Christine Brown Woolley knew that David Woolley was the one, they went ring shopping. Someone was going to design her ring and she had never had something like that. They used mixed metals plus she wanted to incorporate black from his wedding band. The moment everyone saw her ring, they were blown away but some think she and Robyn’s rings favor each other.

They are both twisted band rings with a princess-cut diamond. A Reddit thread was started to discuss the similarities and how unattractive the rings are. One thing Sister Wives fans could agree on was Christine’s ring was designed and bought out of love. However, Robyn’s was bought for different reasons, to be competitive and to be showy. Still, they were very much the same:
- Okay, I thought people were exaggerating about her ring copying Christine’s. I’m sorry. I should not have doubted you. This is so very obvious.
Bad Taste All Around
After seeing how similar these rings are, Sister Wives fans needed it to be known they despised both of them. They could not understand how Christine and Robyn had such awful taste:
- These are both hideous rings.
- I don’t think they are supposed to be exactly the same, but they are certainly the same style. I don’t really like either personally!
- I will never get over the fact that they all have absolutely horrific, tacky taste in jewelry and then opened an online jewelry store…
Someone asked for all of the sleuths to get online and discover who exactly got their diamond first. Then they would know who really was copying whom. Others joked that David likely paid cash whereas Kody used his credit card. There are many small discrepancies but they do look a lot alike.
