‘Sister Wives’ Empathy For Aurora & Breanna After Robyn’s ‘Talk’
On this season of Sister Wives, Robyn Brown’s oldest daughters admitted they’re looking for a community in the Flagstaff area. They’re interested in attending church and finding boyfriends — something many women in their 20s look for. However, Sister Wives fans found Sunday night’s new episode entirely cringeworthy.
Instead of telling their mother they’re searching for community on their own, Aurora and Breanna asked for Robyn’s permission.
The episode created quite a stir online and many fans realized they pity Aurora and Breanna. Others have expressed empathy and sincerely hope the women can break free.

Sister Wives Fans Realize Aurora & Breanna Are Controlled By Their Parents
Many TLC viewers take to Reddit to “snark” on various shows and cast members. It’s a chance for viewers to air their grievances and frustrations. But after Sunday night’s new episode, several Sister Wives fans feel sorry for Aurora and Breanna Brown.
“I just can’t snark on Aurora and Breanna anymore…” a Redditor posted online after Sunday night’s new episode. “Robyn is controlling and manipulative. It’s clear how A&B are impacted by their mother. Yes, they are adults and can ‘leave’ at any time, they walk on eggshells and don’t want to upset their mother. I can’t snark on these two young women anymore. I hope they finish school and move away. Robyn is really f**king sick.”

Fans Hope The Women Can Escape Kody & Robyn’s House In Time
Most other Sister Wives viewers readily agreed. Breanna and Aurora might be legal adults, but they seem much younger than their years. It seems that Kody and Robyn socially stunted them by keeping them home so often.
Other Redditors wrote:
- “I hope both girls move away and learn to live an independent life. Robyn has not taught those girls how to be strong independent women.”
- “Those poor girls are going to go out and find controlling pieces of patriarchal s**t. And Kody will love them and be best friends and go on man trips.”
-
“The longer they are stuck under her thumb the longer it’s gonna take for them to heal from all of this. Imagine how much growth a year or two of no contact would do for them. They’d be entirely different people.”
- “I feel really bad for these girls. Robyn treats them as if they are 12 and not in their 20s. I think they would be totally different people if they didn’t have such a controlling and manipulative mother hovering over them. There needs to be a ‘free Aurora and Breanna!’ Campaign.”
