HGTV Christina Haack Gives Ex-Husband A Special Shout Out
HGTV star Christina Haack hasn’t always been on the best terms with her ex-husbands. But as her chaotic third divorce rages on, she’s looking for common ground with her other two exes.
She has a new show coming out with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa. But as she continues working on her HGTV projects, she’s happy to shout out other professionals too.
See the kind words Christina shared for her second husband, Ant Anstead.
Christina Haack Recognizes Her Ex-Husband’s Hard Work
Ant Anstead and Christina Haack were married from 2018-2021. During that time, they welcomed a son, Hudson. The exes may not always see eye-to-eye, but they confirmed they’re working on a better co-parenting relationship for Hudson’s sake.
Ant Anstead has a new show coming out this week and his ex-wife was happy to help him promote it.
“Congratulations to @ant_anstead on his new show ‘Born Mechanic’ … premiering on 12/13 on @streamonmax and @discoveryplus 🎉” Christina posted on Instagram, praising her second husband on his achievements.
“Thank you (shout with any pointers) x” Ant replied in the comments.
Other comments included:
- “That’s awesome! So nice to promote his show. Just shows you can co-parent successfully. Merry Christmas 🎁🎄”
- “Love seeing exes support exes! So refreshing and shows that you can have a healthy co-parenting relationship!”
- “The beauty in this is so much more than the transformation of a house! It is putting the welfare of our children first! Way to go Christina and Ant! 👏👏👏”
- “Happy to see his success! Great to see the repaired relationship…positive for everyone’s health and wellness! ❤️”
Ant Anstead Is Facing Serious Legal Challenges At The Moment
Although HGTV fans felt delighted to see Ant Anstead and Christina Haack getting along so well, there’s still more going on behind the scenes. Ant is facing pretty serious fraud charges involving his car company.
Back in October, PEOPLE obtained documentation revealing Radford Motors had filed for bankruptcy. The filing came exactly two days after the fraud charges went public.
“Radford Motors is going through a Chapter 11 Business restructure that will be implementing strategic changes to strengthen our foundation for the future. During this process, it’s expected that certain ownership transitions will occur, which is an important step in our evolution. We are excited about the road ahead and remain focused on continuing business as usual with renewed energy and purpose,” Ant’s business partner Daniel Bednarski shared in an official statement.
A new show would certainly distract Ant Anstead’s fans from the legal challenges, but it’s not immediately clear how this situation will play out.
