‘Wheel Of Fortune’ Player Loses During ‘Bucket List’ Final Puzzle
There was a contestant on Wheel of Fortune this week who had an unfortunate turn on the Bonus Round. Not only that, but she also missed out on a question that had many fans online wondering if she would ever want to go to Disney World again after missing it.
Here is the puzzle she missed and what fans equated it to Disney theme parks.
Wheel Of Fortune Player Misses ‘Disney’-Themed Puzzle
Vandana Patel, an Indian fusion food expert from Chicago, was on Wheel of Fortune this week. She won the episode and was the person who got a chance at the big Bonus Round to try to win more money. She had already won $20,600 and a trip to Florida.
Vandana was ready to spin the wheel, and she got the category “What Are You Wearing.” After getting the letters picked out for her by the game show, the puzzle read, “—TE / -L–ES.” She then looked at the board and guessed her letters – “D, M, H, and A.” Vanna added an H to the first word, and that was it.
The board now read “-H-TE / -L–ES.”
Ryan said they wanted more letters but then told Vandana to go ahead and try to guess it. There were only five missing letters and six on the board, but it wasn’t enough for Vandana to guess the answer.
Wheel Of Fortune Fans Say Player Won’t Want To Visit Disney World
Vandana looked at the board and realized the first word was “WHITE,” but she couldn’t figure out the second word. Finally, the 0 seconds ended and the puzzle was revealed as “WHITE GLOVES.” Ryan then showed her that she would have won $40,000 with a correct answer.
Ryan asked if this was on her bucket list, and she said it was. She still walked out with $20,600 and the trip to Florida. However, when discussing the missed Bonus Round puzzle, many fans said she might not want to go to Disney World while she is there.
The fans pointed out that “White Gloves” is what Mickey Mouse wears, as well as Mario of the Nintendo video games.
