Vannessa recently had an interview in which she shared worrying updates about her condition. According to the 1000-lb Best Friends star, she’s been diabetic and was under insulin for quite some time. She added that she had hypertension, making her journey more difficult.

Vannessa has already lost over 300 pounds since the beginning of her physical journey. Things got much better when she underwent bariatric surgery. She nearly lost hope in life, adding that it came to a point where she threw all her weight loss books out the window. But her life changed when she met Dr. Charles Procter.

Vannessa’s Amazing Health Update

During the same interview, Vannessa Cross also revealed that her health is improving. She said she’s no longer taking insulin and is no longer diabetic. The 1000-lb Best Friends star also said she’s no longer suffering from high blood pressure. Unfortunately, she didn’t share further details about the improvements in her health.
