HGTV See Josh Hall In Ex Christina Haack’s Show Pre-Split
Josh Hall and Christina Haack aren’t together any longer. However, the couple already filmed several episodes of Christina in the Country before their explosive divorce over the summer.
Christina in the Country Season 2 premiered on HGTV this week, giving fans an incredibly awkward feeling as they watched. As the Halls lived their daily lives onscreen, fans couldn’t help but think about the nasty things they’ve said about each other online and in the press in recent months.
Josh Hall Plays A Big Role In His Ex-Wife’s Show
Christina Haack is passionate about interior design and real estate, but she also loves filming her adventures. Christina in the Country focuses on her Tennessee property and the joys of country living.
“I have some good news,” the HGTV star tells her then-husband in the new episode. “I know how much you love Tennessee. I’ve gotten some inquiries lately and a few of them are really good, so I feel like it’s time we go back there and start some new projects, new families, new contractors.”
But after splitting with Josh Hall, Christina put the Tennessee property up for sale. Fans are essentially watching the final days of the couple’s marriage in the country and living a life that no longer exists.
But even so, Christina Haack is still happily promoting the show on social media.
“All new episodes of #christinainthecountry start tonight at 9pm on @hgtv. Tonight’s episode is a fun one and an amazing transformation. A couple’s 10 children have all moved out, but they have too much family history to downsize. My goal was to rejuvenate their space to make it function for just the two of them. Goal achieved ✔️” the HGTV star shared online.
Will Christina Haack’s Ex Still Be In The Flip Off?
Josh and Christina Hall were filming The Flip Off with Tarek and Heather El Moussa when news of their divorce hit the media. The couples were supposed to race against each other to successfully flip homes. It’s not currently known how much of the show was filmed, but previous teasers heavily feature Josh Hall in the background.
After the split, Christina Haack wanted to continue filming as a single woman, angering her ex-husband.
“During our marriage, Christina and I worked together as a team on many projects and businesses. I devoted a significant amount of my personal efforts to support not just our estate but Christina’s separate property assets,” Josh Hall claims in court documents, as shared by In Touch Weekly. “Unfortunately, Christina’s new narrative is that I did ‘nothing’ and I deserve nothing. This is not only defamatory but entirely contradicts her repeated praise of me throughout our marriage regarding my efforts.”
Just as Josh Hall appeared in Christina in the Country, it’s possible he might still appear in early episodes of The Flip Off. HGTV fans will need to stay tuned and see what happens next.
