‘DWTS’ Dedication Night: Who Took Home The High Score?
Dancing With The Stars Season 33 just presented several beautiful performances for Dedication Night. The evening was filled with stunning performances that brought viewers to tears.
And on top of that, multiple couples boosted their scores from last week. Now more than ever before, many pairs are vying for the top spot on the leaderboard.
So who has the top spot this week?
Several DWTS Contestants Improve Their Scores From Last Week
Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong dominated the top of the leaderboard for the first three episodes of the season. However, they’ve slipped a little in recent weeks. They’re still incredible performers, but other couples are starting to surpass them. They earned a 32/40 for their Contemporary routine for Lee Ann Womack’s “I Hope You Dance.”
But they weren’t the only ones to receive that score. Contestants Brooks Nader, Phaedra Parks, Jenn Tran, and Ilona Maher all earned the same score for their routines.
Many DWTS viewers believe they’ll see Chandler and Brandon in the finale. But if they aren’t careful, they could lose their spot to one of the other pairs. Everyone is working to the best of their abilities right now.
This week, many DWTS Season 33 contestants dramatically improved. Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold earned their first 9 of the season for their Argentine Tango to “Seven Nation Army” by The White Stripes.
Likewise, Danny Amendola and Witney Carson impressed the judges with their Contemporary routine to “Unsteady (Erich Lee Gravity Remix)” by X Ambassadors. They received a 36/40 for their performance, earning a 9 from each judge, who praised Danny for displaying true vulnerability on the dance floor.
Danny and Witney earned the top spot on the leaderboard tonight, tied with Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson, who also won the top spot during Hair Metal Night. This week, Joey and Jenna earned a 36/40 for their Viennese Waltz to Teddy Swims’ “Lose Control.”
Fans expect to see Joey and Jenna in the finale. But will Danny and Witney be there alongside them?
Derek & Hayley Hough Stole The Show With Their Emotional Performance
The Season 33 contestants performed exceptionally well, but Derek and Hayley Hough’s performance completely stole the show. In a pre-recorded package, Derek explained the extent of Hayley’s brain injury last year and shared how it changed everything about their lives.

But through hard work, love, and support, Hayley made a full recovery and returned to the ballroom. Their routine brought viewers to tears.

No one wants to say goodbye, especially after a night of tear-jerking performances. But ultimately, it was Brooks Nader and Gleb Savchenko’s turn to leave the competition.
