‘Bold And Beautiful’ Don Diamont Helps Co-Star During Tough Time
It seems like The Bold and the Beautiful actor Don Diamont is a great co-star for people to work with. While his character, Dollar Bill Spencer, is not the best of people, the actor seems to be someone who goes above and beyond for his colleagues. It seems he has helped actress Romy Park during a tough patch she went through.
Here is what we know about the Bold and the Beautiful star.
Romy Park Suffers Tragic Loss After Joining The Bold And The Beautiful
Romy Park joined The Bold and the Beautiful as Poppy, and she has since become a main character on the show. However, shortly after she joined the cast, she went through a tragedy at home. Lucky for her, she had a co-star like Don Diamont there to help her get through the pain.
After she got her start on The Bold and the Beautiful, Romy Park’s beloved dog died. The actress took it hard and was struggling at times after losing her pet. She opened up about how hard it was for her when her dog died, as she was extremely attached to the animal.
“Two weeks after I got hired on the show, my dog passed away,” Romay said (via Soap Opera Digest). “Bear was my everything. I lived and breathed him. I really was his mother. And so, as happy as I was to be on the show, I really wasn’t laughing. I was just going there, I was doing my part, but I was smiling kind of on the surface because I didn’t want to bring that into work with me.”
Don Diamont Helps Romy Park
That is when Don Diamont realized something was wrong. He then set out to do everything he could to make things easier for her. She said he had her laughing and “in stitches.” She said she was crying from laughter” because he was so funny on set.
“That’s how I feel about Don,” Romy said. “I love him. He makes me laugh all the time, and it’s really such a joy to work with him.”
Romy and Don don’t have as many scenes together anymore since their characters are no longer together. However, that doesn’t change anything about how the actress feels about her co-star. “He’s phenomenal,” Romy said. “He’s a veteran, and I’m learning a lot from him. He gives me really great advice. He’s very wise. He knows how it goes.”
