‘DWTS’ Danny Amendola Breaks Silence On Dating Rumors
Retired NFL player Danny Amendola is building quite the following during his time in the ballroom. Online, plenty of viewers have expressed how attractive they find him. As he continues showcasing his skills in the ballroom, these declarations of love are likely going to grow.
While Danny Amendola isn’t romantically committed to anyone, many speculate he’s involved with TikToker Xandra Pohl. So what exactly does their relationship look like?
Danny Amendola Breaks His Silence On Xandra Pohl
Tuesday night’s episode paid homage to award-winning films. Danny Amendola and his dance partner Witney Carson performed the Jive to “Danger Zone” by Kenny Loggins and received a 21/30 for their routine.
Plenty of DWTS Season 33 contestants have their loved ones attend live performances. And while Xandra Pohl did attend Tuesday night’s taping, Amendola insists there isn’t anything romantic there.
“Xandra is a great friend of mine,” the former New England Patriot told E! after the episode ended. “I’m a huge fan and supporter of her and it’s good to have a friend like her.”
E! goes on to report that Danny’s mother Rose adores Xandra. If they did go on to build a relationship, it seems that the TikToker has the Amendola seal of approval.

For now, it seems that Amendola remains romantically unattached. And if there is someone special in his life, he would prefer not to share the news with the public.
As for Xandra, she previously told E! that she was enjoying playing the field for now.
“I’m in my single era,” the influencer shared back in May. “I am saying yes to dates and meeting a ton of new people.”
The Former Patriots Player Feels Confident In His Abilities
Many believe Danny Amendola is going to the dark horse this year. He might be a sports star, but ballroom dance seems to come naturally to him. But even so, he’s not letting his success go to his head.
“I ignore the noise,” the 38-year-old told Us Weekly after Oscars Night wrapped up. “I do not fuel or believe the hype. And I’m just worried about dancing. That’s it.”
