Tina Arnold no longer wants to be part of 1000-Lb Best Friends. The former TLC star previously stated she left the show. But now that the Season 3 trailer is out, fans realize she meant it.

1000-Lb Best Friends Viewers Never Fully Embraced Tina Arnold
Although 1000-Lb Best Friends featured a cast of colorful personalities, viewers never really warmed up to Tina Arnold. Fans have a wide range of opinions on Vannessa Cross, Meghan Crumpler, and Ashely Sutton. But very few seemed to be in Tina’s corner.
Vannessa Cross is widely beloved by the fanbase. But now that Tina has slammed her in Instagram comments, it doesn’t seem like fans will ever forgive her or side with her again.
On Instagram, Tina shared her personal reasons for parting ways with the show. As she previously confirmed, the production team’s views on weight loss surgery didn’t align with her own. However, she claims there were also toxic people around the set that she’s thankful to no longer deal with.
At this point, many believe she’s talking about Vannessa. In the comments, Tina referred to her former costar as a “cash cow” and said she never got along well with her.

Most of the comments on Tina’s initial Instagram post were positive and supportive. However, Redditors weren’t at all impressed with the explanation.

Over on Reddit, one user shared a screenshot of Tina’s Instagram post. Redditors had pretty harsh things to say about it. However, at least one commenter admitted they’d like to keep Tina on the show simply so they can hate watch her. Comments included:
- “Tina’s the one who signed up for a weight loss surgery reality show. Virtually the whole series involves Dr. Procter talking about the virtues of WLS. She can’t lose weight to save her life. She isn’t committed.”
- “She’s trashing Vannessa on IG now. Telling people she never cared for her, blah blah. Jealousy.”
- “They should’ve kept her simply due to the fact that she’s such good rage bait 😭😂”
- “Her only ‘value’ is whatever Tina wants.”
