‘Big Brother’ Leah Wins Veto, Secures First Jury Vote
Big Brother is well underway this season and it’s already time to start thinking about jury votes. After using the Power of Veto to save one of the nominees, it seems that houseguest Leah is doing just that. Keep reading for more details.
Big Brother Leah secures a vote?
It’s another chaotic week in the Big Brother house. This week, Quinn got to take the HOH crown after finally watching his in-house enemy, Tucker, go home last week. He ended up putting Kimo, Rubina and Angela on the block for eviction. However, that all changed after Leah won the Power of Veto. Leah opted to use her power to take Angela off the block. According to Monsters and Critics, this seems to be the right move for her game.
Every season the last nine houseguests go into something called the Jury House where they live until they cast their final votes, crowning the winner of Big Brother. It’s important that the houseguests start to consider those votes while they are saving and evicting people while still in the house. After winning the Power of Veto, it seems that Leah is doing exactly that.
Leah opted to take Angela off of the block seemingly securing Angela as a vote in her favor, should she make it to the final two. Not only that but by taking Angela off the block, she makes the game harder for the current HOH – Quinn. Since she removed Angela, he had to put up someone new for nomination. This time, he opted for Joseph which of course, damaged Quinn’s game.
It seems that Leah’s game is transforming as she continues to get more and more involved. Prior to this move, people were calling her a floater. It will be interesting to see if that changes now that she actually won the Power of Veto.
Is Angela a decoy?
While Leah’s Veto win was exciting, something else is going on in the house that has everyone on the outside talking. There have been rumors flying recently that Angela could be a plant in the house, being paid by production on the side as a fake player. After a lot of speculation, Angela herself seemingly confirmed this by actually bringing up fake players in the house. One fan caught her talking about it on the live feeds.
“angela: have you guys ever thought that there could be a decoy person in here that isn’t really part of the show? but is just *planted* here to “be a player” but they’re getting paid separately, they’re just in here,” the person shares on X. They continue writing out the rest of the conversation. “rubina: that’s not possible! angela: oh it’s possible! #BB26”
Needless to say, everyone flocked to the comments to discuss whether Angela just gave up vital information about her own game.
- “LMAO ARE YOU SERIOUS I LITERALLY JUST FINISHED MY CONSPIRACY VIDEO ABOUT ANGELA BEING A PLANT AND SHE DROPS THIS BOMBSHELL COMMENT????”
- “I thought that about Angela from day one with all her staged outbursts.”
- “Angela just confirmed to us that she is a plant #bb26”
- “So she’s just basically confessing now, great”
- “People still won’t believe it. I knew the second I saw her first fake-crying Dr. Phil monologue (before I even knew she’d done Dr. Phil and everything else)”
Do you think Leah made the right move on Big Brother? Should she have left Angela on the block? And, is Angela a real player or just a decoy? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below. Be sure to come back to TV Shows Ace for more updates on all of the happenings inside the Big Brother house.
